Jun 15,2020We refuse to remove this review even if that means losing our money. People need to be aware of the scandalous actions. The only way to attempt to get your money back is to open a chargeback with your bank. This protects you against ill acting companies like this. (will update with banks decision on chargeback). We have been waiting for a refund or communication for months. We added this negative review on here and it was challenged within 8 minutes, then commented on within 3 weeks but still no reply to messages or answers to calls. Haydock racecourse have issued a refund 2 months ago, the 3rd party (racing breaks) have not issued a refund ythey have kept/ stolen the money. We have tried to contact via phone several time and email x4 times. No response. Our only option is to open a chargeback with the bank. Spent hours on this so my honest advice is to not trust this company at all. Email recievd 04/07/2020 from racing breaks below "Dear ****, We hope you are well? We're sorry for any delays in getting refunds back to you in regards to your Haydock Booking. We have now received funds back from both the racecourse and other partners and are able to offer a refund for you. Although our Terms and conditions state that refunds are made in credit to use at Racing Breaks, due to the exceptional circumstances we would be happy to be happy to offer a refund if you remove any reviews from Trustpilot and other social media channels. Please let us know when this is completed and we will process the refund Friday 3rd July to the card you originally used Many Thanks -------- Kind Regards, Reservations Racing Breaks"

Jun 06,2020I booked an ‘Ascot’ package for my mums 80th birthday this year (£800) and whilst I appreciate everything being cancelled due to the coronavirus (I’m a front line worker for the NHS) they have refused to give me a full refund saying I am only entitled to a voucher or book again for next year. I am unable to utilise either (for numerous reasons) however they are point blank refusing to show any compassion or decency and refund the money. Shame on you Racing Breaks.

May 22,2020I have tried contacting several times requesting a refund for my tickets bought for Epsom Races, and no one has got back to me. Epsom racecourse have cancelled this even due to COVID-19 and have offered all customers their money back. Except those who bought through racing breaks!! This company would have got the money back from Epsom and therefore should be sending it back to the customers for be unable to provide the service that was purchased. However, after reading this review it looks as though they aren’t giving refunds! This is consumer rights!! My hen at Epsom has been cancelled, my wedding day has been cancelled. Just cut me a break and refund me!!!!

May 19,2020Sigala at aintree was cancelled due to Covid.i am still waiting for my refund and reply to the many emails I have sent I have been in touch with aintree who have given racingbreaks the money back as racingbreaks are an agent I have to try an get it back off them .if they ever answer the phone or reply to an email letting me know when I will get my refund I would be grateful
