Dec 25,2021This is a very dubious firm. No results after 48 hours, phone number is not in service, and only auto reply for emails. Avoid at all costs. They have also been reported to fraud office. Do not use this firm

After sending them Day 2 PCR Test, no result has been received and 10 days have passed at the time of writing this worst review. TOTAL SCAM AND CRIMINALS AS THEY ARE MAKING MONEY FROM COVID PENDAMIC WITHOUT GIVING CORRECT SERVICES. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAIL AND NO PHONE. STAY AWAY FROM THESE WORST SCAMMERS AND THE UK GOVERMNET NEEDS TO ACT TO PUNISH THESE CRIMINALS.

Dec 25,2021This is an absolute scam and atrocious that it's listed as a government approved website. Same experience as many of you. No result from the test, no connection when making phone calls. After some more research I see that Rainbow labs trades under Rainbow Diagnostic Ltd and also has a number of other companies who's 'directors' are the same 2 people who happen to be 'doctors' or 'surgeons' depending on what suits them. I got lost in the rabbit hole.. Even though their return address is to Essex, the company has recently changed its location for Rainbow labs (as of 14th September 2021) to 86 Harley Street. I searched the company information on the government website and here I found several other companies (most with no contacting capabilities that are linked to these two 'doctors/surgeons/directors' with the Essex address listed, including: -Rainbow healthcare workforce Ltd -Rainbow Fulfilment Ltd -Luvitus Limited -Arrival Diagnostic Ltd - looks like another copy paste if you read the returns policy section. -Daisy Medtech Ltd -The London Specialist Clinic Ltd I found Linkedin and Instagram profiles of the names listed as the 2 directors of this company but obviously cannot link them on here. Potentially a male and female duo, one Indian, one South African. They need to be reported to the British Medical Association. If they are real doctors they need their licenses revoked. If they're not doctors, claiming to be one is a crime within itself. Not right!!

Dec 24,2021ATTENTION🚨 Cette entreprise d'escrocs vient de changer de noms: elle s'appelle désormais ARRIVAL DIAGNOSTICS!!! histoire de brouiller les pistes après les dizaines et dizaines de mauvais commentaires. Après avoir commandé 4 tests ( sans avoir regardé les avis Google bien entendu), nous les avons reçu avec un jour de retard, nous avons suivi toute la procédure demandée, et renvoyé aussitôt les tests effectués. Après leur avoir envoyé un mail suite à notre incertitude de recevoir nos tests à temps, ils nous ont répondu que nous n'avions pas activé nos tests, ce qui est totalement faux. Nous sommes donc coincés sans pouvoir sortir de notre hébergement, avec nos deux enfants. Et entre temps ils ont changé de nom ! BE CAREFUL: RAINBOWS LABS AND ARRIVALS DIAGNOSTICS ARE THE SAME COMPANY! AVOID!!!!

Dec 24,2021DO NOT USE. Company cannot honour their commitment to provide results within 48 hours and do not respond to phone or email. Management have most likely knowingly accepted more tests than can be processed. Profiteering in pandemic and deserve only contempt.

Dec 24,2021We ordered a Day2 PCR test which arrived on time, but then the disaster started. We sent the test on Monday 20th December, but no receipt confirmation has received yet or results. Even worse we have received no response to our emails and the phone number is not working. Do not use this company is a FRAUD.

Dec 24,20212 x Day 2 PCR tests mailed in a priority mailbox at 11am, (11:30 collection), on the 17th December after activation on the Rainbow Labs website. Now 24th December, and absolutely no correspondence, except a stupid reply from customer services after I complained. Avoid at all costs. Should definitely not be a government approved vendor.

Dec 24,2021I urge everybody that has had a similar experience to report this company to coronavirus-business-complaint.service.gov.uk Steer well away from this company! We ordered two Day 2 PCR tests before arriving in the UK. When we arrived (15th December), one of the boxes was missing the tests. I sent urgent emails requesting them to send a new test (I was concerned as the day 2 has to be completed within the two days from arrival). After 5 days they sent an email saying they would send a replacement test - as I'd given up on Rainbow by this point and the lack of response to several emails I had got a test through another company. I emailed Rainbow back saying not to send a replacement and that I'd like a refund instead. They sent me a replacement anyway and are now refusing to refund on the basis that I have now received the test (arrived on 22nd, a week after we arrived). In the mean time we are still waiting the results on the test for my daughter which did arrive and which we sent off on 15th December (they acknowledge they received it on 17th). Again, we have now had a new test through another company (we received the results from that company within 24 hours) and again they are refusing to refund the cost of this test even though we are still waiting on the result over a week later. Had we waited for Rainbow we would still have to be self isolating and would not be able to visit sick family which was the purpose of this trip.

Dec 23,2021Paid ÂŁ50 for a Day 2 PCR test - it was delivered to them on Saturday - it is now Wednesday still no result. They do not answer any e-mails. Complete rip off. I am going out tomorrow whatever. Making money from Covid - absolutely disgusting!!!!! No morals whatsoever! I hope they contract it, and rid the world of their money-grabbing immoral kind!!!! Not happy (in case you hadn't guessed)

Dec 21,2021Be aware they advertise next day delivery and my test for example took one week to arrive ( mainland UK), when it was too late. No working phone number, no refund. Don’t understand how can they be on the government’s list?! Would stay away from this company!

Dec 21,2021I had ordered a day 2 test kit just a day before my travel and as per the rainbow labs website, it should have been dispatched the next day (Friday) but the website showed the status as "Awaiting Processing" and there were no mails as well that would help track the kit or status of the order. Upon arrival, I tried reaching them via a customer support number that never works. I was supposed to take my Day-2 test on Sunday but the Kit arrived on Tuesday and I had to choose another provider to get my test done. When asked for a refund, I got a reply that the order has been dispatched and we will not be able to do a refund. Really disappointing experience.

Dec 21,2021Please do not order your test through this company, its a total scam. Tests arrive promptly but you send them off and you don't hear from them again. No test results, test certificates nothing. They just take your money and run to the hills laughing. Support are useless; They reply within 24hours (to appease auditors no doubt) apologise for the inconvenience but offer no attempt to chase or refund. You don't hear from them again after the initial reply.

Dec 27,2021End of November 2021, I used their service for a LFT for a return to the UK (From France). The service was fine, ordered and received the test on time, did the test on arrival to the UK, received the submission confirmation and the results certificate the next morning. So, I decided to re-order 2 LFT for a very recent trip to France for my husband and I. This time, we needed to do the test 24h before we travel and I had a strange feeling with Rainbow... So I ordered another 2 LFT from another company (and I did so well!!). All LFT received on time btw. 24h before departure, on 23/12 in the evening. I first used the Rainbow's LFT and, it was all straightforward for me until I checked my certificate the next early morning, on 24/12 (The departure date): the submission date on the certificate was WRONG, they have put the day before 22/12 instead of 23/12! I emailed them but of course, they NEVER replied. For my husband it was worst, we submitted many many times on their website, but he never received any confirmations or certificate (we did everything at the same time). That early morning, luckily, we had the other LFT from the other company, we received our certificates within less than 4h and left for France in the same evening. Please believe all the other reviewers who had a bad experience. AVOID!!
