I ordered Fit to Fly PCR test, tests arrived safely and promptly... BUT ... the labs delayed the results causing me to miss my flight costing £900 as I had no PCR certificate. I still have no way of obtaining the certificate after sending 7 emails to support. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Shocking. No lateral test results as stated, no way to contact them. Not bothering to answer the phone. Do not use them.

Ordered a test that never arrived. No proper tracking. Can't get in touch with them. Will now miss my flight.

Completely useless. I ordered a Day 2 test almost a week before travelling abroad. They sent a confirmation email with a reference number and took payment from my debit card. But no test arrived. I flew out assuming it would arrive during my two weeks away. Nothing received in that time. Luckily I had already ordered a test from another company who did deliver on time. I sent an email asking why nothing was received. No response other than an automated reply saying they should reply in 24 hours. A company to avoid in future.

DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY !! I ordered my antigen test, which was supposed to arrive the next day. I bought it 20 days ago, and still haven't received it! They simply stopped answering my emails, and decided not take phone calls for their costumer service. So they made themselves completely unreachable, and I'm dependent on them to travel abroad! Just ridiculous.

Very disappointed that after recent rule change saying you needed a PCR day 2 test (and we had ordered lateral flow tests from them) they would neither refund or offer credit against ordering PCR tests. Nearly every other traveller we spoke to using other companies had been better treated and had received refunds or credits. So I would not use them again or recommend them.

DREADFUL EXPERIENCE...do not use this dreadful company. Ordered two tests, only one arrived, despite very many repeated attempts by email and phone, over a three week period, unable to contact them! After the terrible reviews how they are still on the approved list is completely beyond me. Do not use!

Like many other reviews on this site I am having a dreadful experience with Rainbow Labs. Order the 2 day PCR test to use after travelling and it arrived the next day so no problem there. Did the test last Thursday and posted it off. Husband did test at the same time and posted together. He got his result on Saturday but I am still waiting (Tuesday). Cannot contact by phone and no replies to the six or seven emails we have sent so far. I have been back for almost a week, have no symptoms, have had a negative lateral flow test but still I can't go out. I have to miss my booster shot tomorrow and my flu jab on Thursday so I am incredibly unhappy. Having to resort to taking another test or I might still be having to self isolate until next year!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Ordered lateral flow tests for day 2 testing. Arrived before hol no problem however rules changed so we ordered pcr tests to do instead on return. It took 6 days for these tests to arrive and by then had already been home 4 days. Had to use an alternative otherwise by the time we did the test and returned it we would have been isolating for over a week at best . When we realised tests still had not been dispatched we tried to cancel to be told that they had been dispatched but clearly hadn’t according to Royal Mail tracking. I have tried to get some money refunded but emails are now not being replied to. Looking at other reviews it seems non of this is unusual . Avoid!!!

Ordered lateral flow tests before going on holiday. Arrived as expected, with ref numbers for passenger locator form. Rules then changed while we were away, so ordered PCR tests, which arrived just before we got home. So far, so good. But we have now been waiting 4 days (from the day the company received the completed tests) for a result. Have emailed, but no response. I suspect their labs have been overwhelmed by demand after the rules changed. It would be helpful for them to put something on their website to explain this.

Do not use. I am still waiting for the results of my day 2 PCR test which Royal Mail tracking says the lab received 5 days ago. The phone number has an automated message saying send an e mail. The e mail response I received says I have made an error and not activated the test. - CODSWALLOP - they are now trying to blame me for their incompetence.

No contact no one answers phone . No results from my fit to fly ever came . Sent over 10 emails just an automated reply DONT USE Ps just Look at their terms and Conds

I arrived in UK at late Nov 30 so I had to have PCR test. I completed my test at Dec 1 morning and dispatched it. Today is my return day and I still didn't receive my result yet. I think I could only receive my result after returning.

Ordered a day 2 lateral flow test. Did not receive lateral flow test before going on holiday. Govt changed their mind to require PCR test. Had still not received day 2 test when back from holiday. Emailed them to see where test was anyway. They decided to send me a pointless replacement day 2 lateral flow test anyway to be received on day 3 so that they fulfilled their 'obligation'. Would never use again.

DO NOT USE, buyer beware. Paid my fees sent back as instructed within the timeframe required and yet NOTHING no test result no response to my numerous emails and unable to contact by phone!

I contacted them for an important question during my holiday. Never received an answer and I had to rebook a different test from another company.

Ordered the PCR testing kit whilst abroad expecting it to be there for our arrival home, nope, 24 hours late equating to one unnecessary day isolating! Posted and tracked back next day. 3 days later still no cigar! Hacked off with being forced into isolation by their complete incompetence. Annoyed by the inability to contact them. Can’t believe the government endorse these jokers. Should have just set fire to the money! Avoid or use at your peril!

Me and my fiancee had bought a PCR kit test and submit as required. The teste with should be delivered results was not delivered yet and has been more than 24 hours. We came from Brazil only to see HARRY POTTER studios, which in our currency is 8x expensive and we can not go because rainbow labs does not send us the pcr results. We have email them a lot of times, but no return was received.

I used them previously for lateral flow tests (last month).. no problem at all. Now everything has changed and the day 2 PCR test is now needed .. and the wheels have fallen off the Rainbow machine .. all except their cash register that is ! No results 48 hours after they revived the sample and no email explaining anything, no number to call .. nothing ! This is greed at its worst . Taking the money when they know they do not have the capacity to deliver .

DO NOT USE RAINBOW LABS. I ordered and paid for two day-two LF tests. I received reference numbers but did not receive the test kits. I contacted them by email several times but only received an automatic response promising a reply within 24 hours. I have never received a definitive response to my complaints, and still no kits. I have asked for refund - but got no response. RAINBOW LABS ARE A DISGRACE.
