Problemi con il vettore che si è "perso" una bici da me acquistata ....Il negozio si è prontamente attivato per sostituirla con una uguale ma la casa madre ne era purtroppo sprovvista. Peccato perché il prezzo era veramente ottimo. Ho avuto il rimborso della cifra pagata senza problemi. Grazie comunque. Terrò presente il negozio per acquisti futuri.

The buying process was very good and the product was delivered on good condition, although the wheel`s manual says it comes with tubeless valves, the ones I received is missing it.

I purchased Bianchi Oltre XR4 Cv Disc Shimano Ultegra Di2 11V 5K CK16/BLACK FULL GLOSSY - Bike Size : 53 on 26 November 2020, expecting reliable after-sales support as promised under their warranty policy. Unfortunately, when the frame developed a crack within the 3 months after receiving the bike, I contacted their customer service to file a warranty claim. Despite multiple attempts to reach them via email and WhatsApp, I received no meaningful response or assistance. It has been 3 years since my first inquiry, and the shop remains unresponsive and unwilling to honor their warranty commitments. This lack of accountability and poor customer service is extremely disappointing.
