Speedy, efficient and very friendly. Redpost are definitely my new go to online shop after really bad customer Service from others.

Feb 24,2023Ordered a pair of Ariat boots from Redpost and i found the whole experience very good. I ordered and it was clear throughout the ordering process that it would take 1 week to dispatch. The buying process was quick and easy. All the right information was there on the product page, including size guide. Once my order was ready to ship it took less than a day to arrive and tracked. The boots were well packaged and double boxed and arrived in perfect condition. Well done Redpost I will use you again for sure. Recommend from my experience.

Feb 23,2023I ordered from the US as there aren't as many styles/options for Shires Aubrion tights. I had a question about the sizing and Redpost reached out to Shires on my behalf and had an answer for me the next day. The order was quickly shipped and arrived well packed. My kitten pulled the bobble hat out of the box and thought the faux fur was a toy for him :) I will order from them again and can't wait to visit the shop when I am in the UK again! Feb 14,2023Ordering was easy and my preferred method of payment was available. Kept informed of the progress and from order to delivery was an acceptable time. I wasn't in when parcel delivered by Royal Mail so having tracking was important and they also e mailed me a photo of where the parcel had been left which was a secure location. Extremely happy with the overall service and would order from you again.
