Jun 19,2023Awful service. My parcel which I paid next day delivery for was lost in transit by DPD and which DPD admitted.but no refund or replacement offered which is fairly bad given the urgency. I’m now in limbo not able to go elsewhere until I’m refunded but neither having a replacement

I initially had purchased the product on home soil (USA), but the box showed up damaged and the helmet inside had absolutely no proper packaging around it to protect it from shipping issues. So I had no idea if the integrity of the helmet was compromised. Thereafter, I could not find the product stateside in stock in my size. So I looked in the UK and Redpost had it in stock at a great price. And the shipping was fantastic! Product came very quickly! Very pleased. Over the moon, in fact.

May 26,2023Excellent customer service fast delivery i ordered a girth and it didnt fit, the return was really easy to navigate and when i rang in with a query the staff were extremely helpful, our horse now has a lovely girth that she seems very comfortable in, wouldnt hesitate to recommend and give 5 stars 😁

Apr 29,2023Terrible service and the worst customer service I have experienced in a v long time. Then you have the cheek to email and ask me to vote for you in a customer service award. New customer. Discount on app didn't work, said parcel would be ready in 5 days, no updates, when I called I was 'told' my order would have shown as being in rhe warehouse which apparently means 'out if stock' and that it was now in but the packers had been 'busy'. Ordered on 16th eventually arrived on the 28th. Won't ever be ordering from here again.
