Pity the appalling Horseware Rambo Cosy stable rug with cheap front clip fastenings, no liner-under-rug fittings, and a short tight fillet string, spoilt the experience. Jan 19,2023I ordered an Equidry jacket but ordered the wrong size. After contacting Redpost customer service I had the returns process dealt with and the size smaller on reserve. The return was dealt with quickly and my new coat was with me within 24 hours of the original one reaching them. I couldn’t recommend Redpost Equestrian enough their service is brilliant and their customer service team are so friendly and first class.
