The online chat is super fast and I don't have to wait for long or talk to a bot. I highly recommend this shop! Jan 30,2024I ordered a riding hat for my daughter over the weekend, I was told the ordered would be dispatched on Monday and arrive on Tuesday. On the day I had an email and text to say the hat would arrive between 10.25 and 11.25 and it was delivered at 11.05. The communication was great and everything promised was delivered. Jan 30,2024I love RedPost!! They are the best horse shopping website. They carry all the basic horse needs and all my favorite brands! I live in Alaska and we don’t have tack shops here and they shop directly to me for a good price and don’t overcharge you. They have amazing customer service and even put an order for me once manually when my payment wouldn’t work! 👍🏽
