After scouring the Internet and coming up empty handed in my search I happened upon Remote Control World and took a chance on placing an order. The price was very reasonable, it arrived quickly and it works great. Communication was also very good. I am very pleased with the entire experience and highly recommend this company.

Feb 15,2024Ordered a remote for a VU+ sat receiver on Januari 2nd 2024, the remote was out of stock and would be restocked within 15 days they told, however its already Februari 15th now and still no news about my remote, orderstatus is "waiting to be processed", but i cannot cancel my order in my account because it says " order is already being processed", even if status didnt change since moment i ordered it. Since the promised restocking period has expired already for some time i requested cancellation of my order by sending an email as shown/requested on their website, first email was sent on Januari 28th, second on Februari 3rd, however they ignore my emails for cancellation. Second time to order here but definitely last time !

Feb 15,2024After buying a Universal remote for my Aircon from RCW and finding it didn`t work for mine, I was asked to send back said remote with also the old one. They got the info from the old broken one and programmed a new one and sent it to me free of charge and also refunded the price difference. First class service and communication 5*

Feb 13,2024Fernbedienung eingeschickt und bisher KEINERLEI Antwort über den Vorgang oder den Verbleib der Fernbedienung gegeben. Eingesendet vor über 2 Wochen. Telefonisch wie per Mail keinerlei Kommunikation. Erste Kontaktaufnahme Erfolge bereits am selben Tag der Auftragserstelllung. Update 13.2. : nach Versuch 3 kam eine Antwort, dass es sich noch etwas verzögert. Es kam erst zum Kontakt, nachdem diese Bewertung abgeschickt worden war. Davor war leider nichts zu hören. Ich behalte mir vor, die Bewertung ins Positive zu ändern, sollte sich meine Einschätzung als falsch darstellen. Update 20.2.2024 : Fernbedienung kam nun an. Der ersetzte Schalter ist zwar gefühlsmäßig etwas Labil, ABER : Es funktioniert alles und bis auf die anfänglichen Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten lief dann alles super. Mein Anliegen wurde gut geklärt und ich wurde immer freundlich behandelt.

Feb 09,2024Auf Internetseite war Lieferung wurde mit 2-3 Tagen angegeben. Bestand bei Bestellung 10Stück, also bestellt. Am Tag nach der Bestellung eine Mail: Ware nicht lieferbar, evtl. in 15 Tagen wieder vorrätig. Internetseite weist aber immer noch 10 in Bestand. Käufer kontaktiert und die Rückzahlung verlangt. Unter diesen Umständen wäre ein Kauf nicht zustande gekommen. Verkäufer stellt sich tot. Keinerlei Reaktion, keine Antwort auf meine Mail. Verkäufer ist nicht erreichbar! Am 30.01.2024 dann eine Mail, Ware sei "fast auf dem Weg, geliefert würde am 02.02. Seither gab es eine Nachricht, Ware würde am 02.02.2024 bei mir angeliefert werden. Auch dies ist nicht geschehen. Statt dessen ein Sendestatus, Ware sei immer noch in Tschechien. Verkäufer lieferte dann am 06.02.2024. Tastenbelegung völlig anders, was man erst rausfinden muss. Keinerlei Beschreibung.

Feb 09,2024I bought a RC for a used Bryston BP-6 which came without RC. At first the OEM-RC seemed not to work but the employee from remote-control-world.eu gave me perfect help. First I was ask to check if the RC "worked" and after I found that the RC worked she gave me advise how the so called jumpers inside of the preamplifier had to be adjusted. Not so surprising that everything worked perfect with the RC after adjusting them! A big thank you to the company and especially to the employee H.U.! I appreciated it a lot!
