Feb 28,2024Da ich von technik nicht viel Ahnung hab.habe ich remote control World per Email kontaktiert welche Fernbedienung für mein Gerät kompatibel ist am nächsten Tag bekam ich eine Antwort von ihnen sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlicher Email Kontakt habe daraufhin diese Fernbedienung bestellt und innerhalb von ein paar Tagen bekam ich sie und sie funktioniert wie die alte Fernbedienung ich werde immer wieder dort bestellen erzähle Freunden und Familie von remote control World echt super

Feb 22,2024The remote control for my Sony TV sound bar has been playing up for ages. I went through a host of reviews before picking a duplicate remote from Remote Control World. I am soooo happy I did! They may not be the cheapest, but their brand new product arrived on time, well packaged and ready to use. I literally pressed the 'On' button and it worked first time with my soundbar. Would happily reuse and recommend them.

Feb 22,2024Nous ne pouvions pas communiquer à cause de la barrière de la langue. La traduction automatique des mails était impeccable mais insufisante. Vous m'avez envoyé un message et une vidéo par WhatsAp. Je ne comprenais pas tout ce que vous disiez sur cette vidéo mais ça m'a permis d'avoir un moyen pour vous joindre. Toutefois, vous ne pouviez pas me répondre car vous ne parlez pas Francais et moi pas Anglais correctement. J'ai donc fait venir un ami anglophone à la maison. Il habite en France, près de mon domicile. Il a pu parler avec vous et avec toutes les explications que vous lui avez fournies, il a pu modifier la programmation de la télécommande, ainsi le mover de notre caravane fonctionne à nouveau parfaitement, merci

Feb 20,2024Ich habe eine Ersatzfernbedienung für mein TV gesucht, hier auch mit Hilfe des Chatbots eine gefunden. Diese wurde schnell versendet, doch leider war sie defekt. Auf Grund meiner Mail an das Team machten wir uns gemeinsam an die Fehlersuche! Es wurde seitens meiner Handhabung kein Fehler gefunden. Also wurde durch den Kundenservice eine neue Fernbedienung auf den Weg gebracht. Diese kam auch sehr zügig bei uns an. Sie funktioniert tadellos. Batterien rein und loslegen. Vielen Dank für die gute Betreuung.

Feb 17,2024Ersatzfernbedienung bestellt am 21.01.2024. Fernbedienung hat mit meinem Fernseher nicht kommuniziert. In der Beschreibung stand neu und ich habe eine wieder aufgearbeitete Fernbedienung bekommen. Laut Liste von Lg, Fernbedienung nicht kompatibel zu meinem Gerät. Fernbedienung zurück geschickt, bis heute keine Bestätigung über den Eingang der Ware nur über Hermes Sendungsverfolgung. Paypal eingeschaltet keine Antwort und auch keine Rückerstattung des von mir gezahlten Betrages. Diesen Shop kann ich niemanden empfehlen. Trotz Kundenkonto wird meine Email als Spam erkannt und man kann mit den Verkäufer nicht kommunizieren. Nur über Paypal.

Feb 16,2024Alles wat werd beloofd hebben ze waargemaakt. De afstandsbediening is hersteld en elke fase werd door middel van de mail aangegeven. Na aflevering werd er zelfs gevraagd of de werking naar tevredenheid was. Je zou willen dat dit de standaard voor alle reparaties was. Meer als goede service!

Feb 29,2024Les télécommandes commandées correspondent exactement aux anciens modèles souhaités. Donc pas de souci suite à ces différentes commandes. Je recommande vivement ce site car il y a un choix et des prix corrects.
