Mar 10,2024Sin duda ha sido muy buena opción elegir a este vendedor y este mando, las teclas se pulsan muy bien lo compre para una TV Nokia y va de maravilla. En cuanto al transporte y empaquetado, el mando venia muiy bien embalado y protegido, llegó en perfectas condiciones y en el tiempo estipulado. Ok. por el vendedor. Sin duda cumkplió con mis expectativas.

Mar 08,2024I ordered a duplicate remote for my Pioneer SC-LX90 AV amplifier (according to the website they guarantee 100% functions). It was shipped very fast and arrived within a few days. Unfortunately the remote was faulty or not programmed correctly since only 5-6 buttons worked and the rest were unresponsive or performing a wrong function (i.e. Setup button increased the volume).The remote itself felt cheap, some buttons were sunken and difficult to press, and it didn't support 100% of the functions of the original, since many buttons were missing. I contacted customer care. They replied after few days have passed and they suggested that I should reprogram it myself. On the PayPal resolution center they replied with a link to download a program and instructions to upload an XXX.irp file that was supposedly sent with an email. The link didn't work (and still doesn't work after a month have passed) and I never received an email with the mentioned file.

Mar 05,2024After receiving the first remote for my VTL TL2.5 which didn't work, Adam H worked with me to determine possible issues. The VTL people told me they no longer supported the remote that came with my unit, that their new model came with a different remote. I had an old Harmony remote and Adam gave me the code for older VTL units. It worked! Then he offered to send me another remote with the correct program free of charge, saying that I had helped them with their remote database. I highly recommend Remote Control World to anyone that needs a replacement.

Mar 01,2024I ordered a PANASONIC N2QAYB001115 (N2QAYB001133), original / OEM remote control for my 7 year-old Panasonic TX-50EX780E TV. The remote is great! It started working right after inserting the batteries. I've already forgotten how easy is to press the buttons and make my TV work... The touch of the surface is slightly different compare to the old one, as well as some buttons/functions were reorganized in the new version. But who cares? It works fine. I'm very satisfied.
