He has arranged for it all to be fitted ready for our moving in date ensuring a smooth start to our home. Dec 19,2019I basically had a very good experience with Rent4Sure - there were a few repeat requests by email for the same information but every time i talked to someone on the telephone they cleared it up. The most helpful person i spoke to was Mark in the broadband section: he was unbelievably patient and understanding, taking the time to find just the right deal for me and always with the utmost friendliness. Dec 16,2019The stress of getting all the documents together, showed bank statements and paypal receipts for proof of self employed income, and this is not good enough, We have a guarantor, good reference from landlord, spent hours getting the paperwork to them for them to drag their heals, Agents are a nightmare too, will be leaving them a big fat zero review, coursed aour family so much stress before xmas really bad company do not use them.

Dec 09,2019At first they seemed to be professional but then it all went downhill. Not contacting people in the time frame that they were available in. Call handlers saying they would pass on new information to the case worker, only to have the case worker call asking if there were any updates. Being told they have email, but receiving no emails. Having trouble contacting my relevant representatives only to give up and request months of wage slips and bank statements weeks after the process started. Why isn’t this and any other documentation requested at the beginning, rather than dragging their heels so long that it’s our moving in week. Overall sad to say a poor experience has been had with rent4sure.
