Mar 14,2017This company led us to believe that if we paid for a CCJ we were unaware of it would secure our property- we provided proof of payment and they demanded more paperwork which had a lead time of 35days - further to this I provided paperwork to prove my income still it was not enough - the worst ever

Feb 22,2017Absolute joke. We were referenced by RENT4SURE, as first time experience as tenants. Having provided all the information they needed, the company still have managed to messed the documents. No communication between their staff and do not do their job properly. Had my accountant contact them and requested a form to fill in which they said they will send. 2 days later they contacted me to tell me i did not pass my referencing due to the amount of info i did not supply. When I spoke to my accountant she sent me the emails of correspondence between her self and RENT4SURE, and they never sent her the form to fill in and told her they are waiting on her to send the form back. They also do not reference properly as my annual income is £28,000 but according to them I earn£10,000. Do I know where the other £18,000 of my salary went? NO! I tried to contact them to resolve the issue and they refused to speak to me and amend the issue and their mistake.

Feb 08,2017Kept contacting me for more information. Had to let them call my employer and bother him, and my landlord who had already acted as a reference for the person I was a reference for. Had to contact the authorities to have them make an english version of my proof of my student grant. My landlord (twice), my employer, the Danish ministry of education and I all had to spend our precious time doing rent4sure's bidding.

Nov 30,2016Even though eventually things started to move forward this company do not seem to know what they are doing. I provided so much information to this company and they still wanted more and I had paid a stupid amount for the pleasure. They can't even ring employers properly for references stating that numbers I had given were incorrect but when I rang I got straight through. Awful company and would not reccommend.

Oct 10,2016the agent we used had this company to do the referencing on our tenants. They didn't conduct thorough checks and passed the tenants, who didn't have any legitimate income and were actually on benefits! I would have done a better job myself!

Mar 22,2017I'm a landlord of one property. Rent4sure supposedly reference checked a Tennant for us. His references were great and he passed with flying colours. All turned about to be fake and the Tennant eventually squatted the house. I nearly lost the property as a consequence. Avoid at all costs
