Apr 13,2017Since setting up my lettings agency in 2011, I have used a total of 3 referencing companies. Rent4Sure are by far the best I have come across. I don't need to chase them and their policies on referencing seem fair. The reports are comprehensive and, so far, I have had no issues whatsoever. I'd highly recommend them!

Apr 13,2017We switched to rent4sure two years ago after dealing with a competitor that we were dissatisfied with and I can honestly say that we cannot fault the service we receive from them. We use their reference and insurance services via our agency for our landlords. The references are fast and accurate - we rely on the rent4sure final reports to back up our selection process for tenants. The reviews I have read from tenants regarding fees, although I can sympathise, are not justified and should not be reflected on rent4sure as that is solely down to the agencies who take the application fees.

It has always been a smooth straight forward services and found to be very helpful when we have needed further help and advice. We have also started using them for our landlord insurances which is proving to be a hit with our clients. Highly recommended!

Members of staff are always very happy and have fantastic customer service. They always keep us up to date with any necessary changes. We've been with them for years now and aren't looking to change any time soon. Very pleased with Rent4Sure, I would highly recommend it!

They are always keen to help if we have any issues and always deal with everything in a timely manner. We do a lot of references and we have had no problems at all with Rent4Sure dealing with these for us. Our references are nearly always back with us within a couple of days. Would highly recommend them.
