Jun 21,2020I’m so unhappy with Rent4Sure. I have set up a contract with Virgin and was promised by Rent4Sure that the install would be on the 25th June or 29th June. After I ordered, I received an email stating 20th July for install. I have tried to contact virgin, apparently my details are not activated so I can’t change the date. I called Rent4Sure, Rob was going to speak to his manager... I never received a call back. I’m now waiting for Virgin to call me back so I can cancel my order, receive a refund of the deposit I have already paid and start all over again. Absolutely appalled at the level of service I have received from both companies.

I spoke to Mark Smith on the phone and he was friendly, professional, and was clearly doing his best to get me a good deal. We had a few phone calls and he always contacted me on time and processed my case efficiently. Would highly recommend using this service.

Mark Smith then helped me sort out my broadband and TV package with sky well ahead of my move in date which was a real convenience as it was one less thing to worry about during my moving process. As a bonus it proved to be a better deal than my current deal. Many thanks to Mark and Rent4sure.

She took me through the different options available to me and really took the time to make sure I was completely happy with the deal.
