It was the first time I and my friend were going through such a process which was stressful already but thanks to Chris everything went fine and smooth as the communication was very clear and fast completely exceeding our expectations. Moreover, Chris was very friendly yet professional, providing solutions to any queries we had, taking initiative by reaching out to us to speed things up and at the end making a process that initially was stressful into a positive experience.

Took me 4 45 minutes each !!! phone cals to virgin to sort things out !!! 4 x 45 min x 15p/h You should refund me 45.00 GBP for the time I wasted becouse of Chris Wesson mistake !!!!

Aug 01,2019Could not recommend Christopher enough. I spoke to a young gentleman named Christopher, who was very attentive and understanding of my needs. He took the time to carefully go through the options available to me, and allowed me time to select the package best suited to me. He was also very good at delivering the terms and conditions to me, and was quick to answer all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. Overall an excellent service. If only all salespeople could be as good as Christopher!
