Jul 08,2019Recently heard the customer service director is leaving and being replaced by someone even less experienced. Hopefully this doesn't effect the questionable service that is already offered by Rent4sure. Seen poor service too many times first hand. Please also be wary of previous reviews. Chris/Rob only upsell broadband. Nothing to do with the referencing itself. This is very apparently when speaking to them after completing the reference.

Jun 21,2019I was referred to rent4sure through a letting agency when they were getting my references. I then ticked a box to say I was ok to be contacted about setting up internet for my new property. I was contacted by Rob Stevens, who was an absolute Gem. Nothing was too much, he answered all of my questions, and trust me there were a lot. He was extremely patient with me, explained everything really well and clearly and wasn't pushy at all. Rob made my first ever experience of setting internet up a really good one. Excellent customer service.

Applied Friday and all accepted by Monday. Spoke to various staff on the phone and all were extremely helpful and friendly Ignore the negative comments 🎉

They call you and then when you call back, they say they have no idea why they called you. So unorganised, to the point it is making me not even want to move into the flat.
