There is nothing good about this company. It is very hard to use it, there is no help how to create a campaign, there is no help how to add contact to that campaign, no support from the team. You can't add contact separate for each campaign and there all contact are together which makes a mess. Instantly is amazing compare with then as there is easy to use, no mess at all and support 24/7. Just stay away from reply as it is not worth it.
It's a nice tool with multiple steps and features to automate your sales journey. The support is really helpful and quick as well.
First, the intake by the chat assistant was and is usually great. Second, the human interaction I have with the support team is better than any software I currently use to do my job. Overall, feels like Reply is attentive and responsive to customer needs.
Reply.io is really good when it comes to creating email sequences, but i feel it lacks in multi-channel outreach. Hope you guys would improve the platform's ability to perform better for multi-channel outreach.

It takes a minute to learn... Well, more than a minute. But I think it's due to just how powerful the tool is. Perhaps what makes this a 5 and not a 4 (or a 3) is the customer service. I've gotten into the habit of scheduling Zoom calls with my customer account representative when I have questions and / or issues and they're always swiftly resolved. And, with each call, I pick up another useful tid bit of how to really maximize this platform (which has been treating me and my campaigns great so far). This tool was recommended as the best by my investors and the other searchers I know all use this tool as well. It's really THE ONE that folks use. (Best bang for buck.)

The AI Support Chatbot is phenominal and rarely do I ever need to 'Talk to a Person' after the response is given (which usually takes about 3 seconds). When I DO need to connect with a human support team member, Reply.io is lightning-fast in their response time. Whenever I have an issue I can't seem to solve on my own through Chat or Documentation, or even if I just simply have a question that I'm looking to gather feedback on... The support workflows built to delegate my request via chat to the appropriate Team member is flawless. Their Team gets back to customers so fast, with such accurate and detailed 'step-by-step' information, quick fixes, suggestions and so much more. This team goes above and beyond to make the Customer feel valued and the support Team alone is why I foresee myself staying with reply for a long, long time to come. Needless to say, the tools are second to-none. Well done product team. All around great company driven by even greater people. If I were atop this organization, I'd be giving an end of week bonus to the team.... Maybe a cash payout of $1000 to send everyone who's worked so hard over the holidays into the weekend on a high note. The team deserves it.
Reply.io is the best thing I have done for my business. I save so much time and dont need to send emails manually anymore. The support from reply has been awesome, the are quick on answering and has guided me through the process effortlessly.
Reply is an effective tool that's easy to learn! With a small sample group of about 25 prospects, I was able to schedule 2 meetings in less than 2 weeks. Definitely explore the free trial at the very least. The support is incredible. The chatbot provides an instant response but if you need additional help, a member of the support team will chat with you within the next couple of minutes.

Feb 24,2025We were trying out different email automation systems. While the initial test with the first sequence went well, the second test with a bigger sequence/audience did not work at all. Best idea of the support was "to contact our own mail provider" after asking twice & 4 days of wait time. Also didn't feel like I was talking to an actual human at any point. Their AI features are lacking at best and writing content/emails in any language but English is nearly impossible using their "great AI tooling". Stay far away from this.
