Feb 06,2023I had the pleasure of working with Susan. I would give 10 stars if allowed. She was able to process my 'old' resume and the make over was night and day. The goal of my resume is to get interviews.... This will without any doubts get me in for interviews! Loved the finished product so much my wife will have hers done very soon. And I will tell anyone that will listen 'If you didn't contact Susan for help on your resume, you're doing it wrong'.

Aug 19,2022used the package as gift for a friend. they do not even take the time to change the name on the CV from the previous customer (KILIAN BRAUNE from Germany, we now have your cv and address,....) three pages draft .total failure and friend gave up angry and frustrated. definitely not impressed....

Aug 17,2022this is what i wrote on another review site.... I'll give them one star, as the formatting looked good. But everything else? There were grammatically incorrect sentences, phrases, and date and description inaccuracies. The first person, his first language was clearly not english. SO many mistakes. I asked for another person, and she was better, but still, there were way too many errors that I'm actually in awe of how unprofessional this experience was. I would have done better by perusing examples online for an hour. I do NOT recommend them.

I found Resumeble and submitted my meager bullet-point laden resume as a starting point and Susan truly transformed it into a document that so effectively advertised my skill set it felt like I was cheating the process. After excitedly reviewing this resume that couldn't possibly be mine I returned to Susan to ask if she would recommend some additions I had in mind and she promptly responded and swiftly sent a second draft showcasing even more skills.
