Mar 03,2019Well, I have to say that this service is likely the BEST resume service on the web today. Certainly it is the the most honorable and dedicated to customer satisfaction. My "liaison" Ana, who was the customer service rep, assigned me a writer. We worked well together, but somewhere along the way, our connection was lost and became a bit tense. I stopped making suggestions and accepted her final draft. After 2 requests from Ana for feedback, I reluctantly shared my opinion. I did like my original writer, and didn't want to fault her, but it was no longer working. Please understand, my the resume was good... I wanted GREAT. Ana said she was going to speak to Management. The next day, she contacted me and told me, I was reassigned a new writer, 'Helen'. Helen looked at everything with fresh eyes. My resume went for Good to GREAT... Helen was my new writer. She has been supportive and has provided value added suggestions and critiques, in a positive professional manner. This Resume writing service is second to NONE. All of this changed as soon as i received my first draft, i could see the professional work that was done right away, even though it was just a first draft. The writer that was assigned to me (Sabrina Cortes) was always willing to answer my questions / suggestions, always delivered on time and with high quality, never declined a request and always tried to enhance the points that i had doubts about. Aug 01,2019I had a good experience with resumeble. The resume, cover letter and linkedin profile edit is just how I wanted it. Initially I didnt like the cover letter and the writter completely rewrote it for me. I would suggest you to be proactive and give your opinions to the writer about the end product you are looking for and the writer would make modifications accordingly. One thing to keep in mind is that it may take you from few weeks to a month to get the services completed. Mine took more than a month but I wasnt in a hurry so I didnt ask for quick rounds, maybe resumeble caters for it if one is looking for resume urgently.
