Sep 17,2019They changed their policy to start a 60 day guaranteed service however, when I signed up they were not offering this service and did not provide me a re-write. The first writer I had was very incompetent and didn't seem to have an expertise in IT writing. I asked for a more competent writer with experience and she really understand my industry very much. I did not get a single interview with their service. I paid over $200 USD, that was for nothing. I wouldn't recommend this service.
