Sep 25,2020A nice refresh of my resume that helped me get me more job interviews during the pandemic. Even for my highly technical field and experience, they showed a good understanding. Just make sure to use your critical judgment to clean it up, because they tend to add verbose and subjective wording. The cover letter draft was useless though: too long and a bit cheesy. Yet, as I said, using your judgement to hone the resume sharply, it will get the job done (sorry the pun). I recommend, with some reservations.

After waiting for any feedback from possible employers for couple of months, I decided to use the services of RESUMEBLE. Jul 25,2020Not a great experience. I sent my existing resume as a reference and the writer just rewrote 10% of the same resume and resubmitted. I wasn’t asked if I need to add anything or if there were any changes. When I received the first review I had to tell the writer to add additional information/take out what was already in it etc. and this went on for 4 to 5 times and I finally asked them to close whatever the writer submitted after few review since it was taking too much of my time. I was not very happy with the output of the LinkedIn review also. After all this I was asked for a feedback and I rated it as below average and I still haven’t heard from them on why I rated them that.
