I placed the order, received timely and informative communications about the order, received the order in a timely manner, the order was well packaged, and the product is perfect. I race radio controlled boats, and the carbon fiber tubes I ordered hold the sponsons to the tub. I'm very excited to find you as a great service and product supplier. Now, I can repair my boat (yes. Jun 16,2020I emailed and called two times. I asked for a faster lead time by swapping what tube is used. I never got a follow-up email or response. Just empty promises on the phone. Update: After seeing this review, they reached out to me and corrected the issue. Additionally, they expedited the order and paid to overnight it to me. I ended up getting the parts in time to complete my build.

May 22,2020Carbon fiber tube ID was not uniform and was also off centered. Sanding specifications were very inaccurate and request of specific measurements were ignored. I paid the extra money for specific Length cut, OD & ID sanding and I was extremely disappointed. This was a waste of money and time. My only positive was the decent shipping time from order to arrival.

It all started with Emily Lewis helping to direct me to the right technical person and quickly confirming the order. My technical questions were accurately answered by John Kimball. While working from home, John proved that his product knowledge was more than just adequate as he quickly pointed me to the right product for the project I am working on. And now something about the product. I was more than impressed with the round tubes I purchased (main mast and booms) for the two RC Sailboats I am building. Overwhelmed does not cover my satisfaction with Rock West Composites, its staff and superior products.
