Mar 23,2020I received an email letting me know that my product was not in stock and would be back ordered for close to two weeks. I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund. No response. A little over a week later I submitted a negative review. Within an hour I got a very good response letting me know the company had been disrupted not only by COVID-19 but also by an earthquake! Ok, that sounds like an understandable excuse. I wish you guys the best of luck.
