Apr 12,2020I purchased a couple carbon fiber "drops" about 1 1/2" x 6" for a knife handle. I felt they were a bit pricey and I was a surprised when seeing the UPS cost but I proceeded with the order nevertheless. My order was processed and I received a tracking number and the product in a timely manner. Overall I'm happy with the experience and the product.

Apr 27,20201 of the 2 items I ordered showed 'in stock'. It was not in stock. I got a notice that it was backordered on April 7. Got a notice that it shipped. Got paid invoice on 17 April. Got UPS notice 21 April. Today is 27 April...............I have not received items yet! I thought 'real time' inventory was pretty common these days and even considering the problems with UPS shipping, three weeks and counting is not my idea of great service!
