May 23,2024I requested an RMA to return an item which had been ordered in error. The email requesting the RMA was inadvertently overlooked and the return request was not sent. However, when their error was discovered, I was immediately contacted by a very pleasant and helpful customer support representative who set about recovering what could have been an unfortunate service event. A return was authorized and I was assisted in placing a new order for the correct product. I can highly recommend Rock West Composites and will order from them again in the future. Top notch customer service!
