Mar 30,2024Great product quality, very competent and helpful engineering group, friendly efficient support for order processing. But... why in the world do you ship thousands of dollars worth of tubes in a flimsy box that is falling apart before I receive it? I've made several purchases and this happens almost every time. At least give me the option to pay an extra $10 for shipping to get a robust cardboard tube (like other suppliers do) to protect my new carbon fiber products.

Mar 21,2024Tax exempt processing took quite long and resulted us in requesting overnight shipping than ground. Once order was placed, shipping charges were changed citing website errors which resulted in shipping being 25% of the overall order. Request to consolidate boxes (to reduce shipping costs) to reduce shipping costs was not considered and instead individual boxes were sent as separate shipments.

Mar 19,2024Ordered a Tri-weave fabric on the 15th. Product shipped same day and arrived 3 days later with the cheapest shipping option. Based on reviews it seems common to get extra material but I got a lot extra, ordered 44in x 36in and recieved 40in x 54in… hopefully someone isnt getting canned for this, lol. The packaging was almost top notch; outer tube, plastic sleve around the material, and inner tube. The only problem I had is the material not being secured to the inner tube after rolling. Yes it is taped to the roll then rolled but it is not taped again to prevent it from sliding. This is only a problem when stored upright but since I have little space thats how I store it. I tied string around the roll on both ends to prevent sliding. I suggest tying or taping the ends becomes the common practice going forward, does not take long and should barely cost pennies.
