However I must say that I am more than happy with my installation which was carried out quickly and efficiently. The Garage door looks great and is so much more convenient than my old up and over door. Massive saving on space. Very happy customer 😊

Mar 10,2022Ordered my door and installation was booked in for 24th February. I received a call early February saying they had a cancellation for the following day and would I be interested in the slot, too right. The fitter arrived the following morning and cracked on with his work. Old door removed, new one fitted, tidied up and all rubbish removed. Quality door at a brilliant price. A little issue with the remotes, which were missing from the packaging but this was resolved in a few days. If you are looking to replace your garage door, I would highly recommend this company.👍

Feb 28,2022Purchased a roller door which was fitted in August 2021. The door was destroyed beyond repair by the storm, seems like a very flimsy solution or the door wasn’t fitted properly. The company have advised me that windstorms aren’t covered under the warranty however I can’t see any specific terminology stating this on the terms and conditions. The company won’t reply and I’m left with an exposed garage now. Very disappointed and dissatisfied customer. Would not recommend this company. Should’ve spent an extra few quid and used a more established reputable company.

Feb 21,2022Great door and extremely pleased with it. we were told it could take 4 weeks but was delivered and installed just over 2 weeks later. The door gives a neater appearance to the front of the house. Excellent customer service. The installation took about one and a half hour and the old door was taken away. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Feb 10,2022I'd give no stars to this company. I haven't even contacted them, I just started looking for a new garage door! Somehow they've got my number and I'm getting a text message everyday about their so called 'special offer' The texts are not identifiable - but I've tried to block it and I've text back STOP which failed to send. I've tried calling the mobile number that's in the texts and it's a voicemail that they'll call back. I've sent a text to that number asking them to stop sending me texts but they've ignored it. I've found a landline number, don't know if it's them, but got a voice message there too. Personally, I think that most of their positive reviews on here are fake.

Feb 01,2022I chose RDC frankly because it was cheaper than other offers that I saw, although not without concern that there might be corners cut on quality, or even dare I say that they would go bust before delivery, but I need not have worried because their fitters turned up on the expected day, were friendly, tidy and efficient, and quickly put in a perfectly good door that I'm very pleased with, leaving no mess. In fact I got more than I expected, and would recommend them to anybody. All a very simple process from ordering to installation, full marks for an efficient operation RDC.

I'm well impressed not only by the colour and the smooth and quiet operation but at such a great price it also has a safety guard and an external override incase of power cut. I've already been recommending RDC to friends and family!!

Dec 20,2021Remote control stopped working after about a week contacted them on several times still haven't resolved the issue, best use a local garage door fitter may be more expensive but I'm sure you will get better customer service. Guarantee with this company runs out when the fitter leaves the street. Poor customer service.

Mar 16,2022I had a garage door fitted by rolling door concepts in December 2019 just over 12 months later the door doesn’t open or close. Had to email as you can’t get an answer on the phone number. This garage door had hardly been used. So I was emailed that an engineer would come and repair the door. The first date I was given I was unable to be present so they will not attend as you have to pay the engineer on the day. I was available on the second date got an email to say anytime between 8am-12 midday and the engineer would phone me when he is on his way. He didn’t phone and at 12:10 I had to nip out. While I was out the engineer arrived drove his van onto my newly laid stone resin drive leaving it all damaged tyre tracks and dinting the surface we have this on cctv and the Google nest door bell. He phone me and had to be told four time to move his van off the drive he just hung up drove off the drive and left. I now have a non working garage door and a huge bill to repair the driveway. I work as an electrician and would never drive my van onto someone’s driveway without asking or being told first. YOU CAN ONLY EMAIL THIS COMPANY AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THE DOORS ARE VERY POOR QUALITY AND THE AFTER SERVICE IS AS POOR AS THEIR DOORS.WARNING THEIR ENGINEER THAT DROVE OVER THE NEW RESIN DRIVE HAS TEXT ME TO SAY HE HAS NO LIABILITY INSURANCE SO IF THEY DAMAGE YOUR PROPERTY IT MAKE IT MUCH HARDER TO CLAIM If you read the reply sent by RDCUK they don’t challenge the quality of there doors which are very poor quality. They also claim we are in dispute but refuse to contact me in any way. RDCUK were informed that a new drive was being laid and the email from RDCUK states the engineer would ring first he did not. The engineer also text me to claim he was bankrupt and has no liability insurance if RDCUK wish to contact me I will forward them the text. THIS REPLY JUST PROVES THAT RDCUK AND THE ENGINEER ARE JUST LIARS
