Oct 30,2021Excellent communication and service. Saw a door fitted to a neighbours garage and enquired who had fitted it - RDC. Ordered mine and had it installed mid Sept 21. At point of ordering paid £600 and the remaining £150 to the installer on completion (plain white). Turned up when they said they would, took an afternoon to fit and left without any mess. The door has the beam safety measure so the door stops if the beam is broken whilst in operation. In the event of a power failure it has a manual winder too. Can’t fault them and would recommend to anyone considering installing a roller garage door.

Oct 28,2021Great service from initial enquiry to completion of the fitting. Ordering was simple and my specific needs discussed and agreed right at the start. Great communication from RDC throughout and the installers arrived right on time. Both doors fitted quickly and without fuss. Grant and Levi are skilled technicians and the job was completed fast and to my complete satisfaction. Don’t know how they can do these doors this cheap but they are excellent Quality and look superb

Oct 25,2021So pleased with our new garage door! As well as looking great, it feels much more secure and is so much easier than our old up and over version. The service from RDC was exceptional from start to finish. The team were lovely, really professional. They turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves and took all rubbish away. Could not recommend highly enough.

Oct 22,2021Can’t recommend this company enough ,what a quality product at great price and defo recommend the upgrade to quieter motor and alarm ..fitters we’re amazing and fast ..I did have a glitch when they phoned on the morning of installation. To say the fitter had hurt himself the day before ,and rescheduled for two weeks ,but this was not acceptable for me so they called another fitter who was on his way to SCOTLAND to divert to do mine Adam and Anthony a farther son duo were amazing ,polite and well professional.if you have any Doubt then don’t ..you won’t go wrong

Oct 21,2021I was a bit worried when I first contacted RDC about a new garage door. I wasn't used to the system where you paid for the door in advance and then paid the fitters on the day of fitting. What if they didn't turn up? what if I never saw the door I had paid for? I needn't have worried. I received a confirmation e-mail when the door had been ordered and paid for and I received an invoice for the amount paid. The fitters got in touch a few days before the fitting date and gave me a time slot - which is always helpful. The fitters were friendly and efficient and had the garage door fitted and working in less than 2 hours. I recieved an e mail as soon as the work was complete. No worries!

Oct 20,2021Had our new garage door fitted last Friday morning. It only took two hours to fit from start to finish and it looks great too. The fitters were very friendly and took away the old door and tidied up afterwards. Great service.

Oct 20,2021Really impressed with the salesperson I spoke to on first contact, she explained everything really well about the fitting service and required opening dimensions. The fitters didn’t turn up on first appointment date. I was expecting some kind of confirmation email a couple of days prior to the original installation date but that didn’t happen and I had to contact RDC to find out if my day away from work was going to be a waste or not. Made a new installation date and the fitters turned up as promised 👍 but still no confirmation a couple of days prior so was feeling a little jittery. Needn’t have worried because the guys were completely professional and did a superb job of a fairly awkward installation.

Oct 19,2021Had my door fitted yesterday, Fitters (Father and Daughter) turned up as expected and sent texts to let me know that they were on route. Installation is very tidy and all left working. Good demonstration of use of the door. Definitely would recommend.

Oct 19,2021I am very happy with my new roller door, the product itself is to a high standard and the fitting is second to none, I was kept informed of the exact arrival time of the fitting team, The fitting team was a dad and daughter, dad was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain the operation of the door and daughter took care of a very tidy electrical installation. 10/10

They have tried to get this genuine review removed but its here to warn genuine buyers of the substandard product they are installing.
