Dec 05,2021Superb. Customer service was ace, price was ace, fitter was ace - very accommodating and helpful as I had a tri-fold 1950’s set of doors he wasn’t expecting. He took all the old fittings off for me to reuse too. So far, so good. Door was fitted at start of October 2021 and is in constant daily use.

Nov 26,2021My double garage shutter door was installed less than a year ago and I have already had the engineer out twice and am waiting for a 3rd visit, I am increasingly frustrated with the whole thing , my garage door has been out of use more than it's been working as an initial engineer visit takes 1 to 2 weeks then waiting for parts takes longer ,then a visit to fit new parts , I am retired and thought this door would make life easier but it continues to cause me untold stress Elaine Bonner

Nov 25,2021We ordered the doors and had installation today (25/11/21). Peter & Cameron came to install the doors. I must say they were extremely professional. They cracked on with the installations, explained the operation of the door and controls. They were exceptionally neat and tidy, clearing up everything after they had finished. Everything was completed in a very high standard. I couldn't be happier. Great fitters and great company. Very pleased.

Nov 25,2021Peter and Cam came and fitted a double garage door for us. They explained the whole process and made a great job despite having to work in the dark and cold due to the time of year! Really happy with the work they did and the product looks amazing, it has really transformed our old garage!

Nov 20,2021My door was installed on 30th of October but it has bow stopped working. The fitted said he will sort out the missing internal key but haven’t heard anything. I have tried contacting them thorough phone and message but ko luck. They are avoiding. Horrible company. Avoid if you can

Nov 16,2021My fitters turned up on time, 09:00 and worked solidly until the install was completed. Damien and Luke are amiable, friendly and straightforward. Ide say they're an asset to Rdc. My new door itself has only been on a week but it seems well designed and of a good quality. I like that it improves the security of my house. Rdc have been a pleasure to do business with and based on my experiences I would certainly recommend them.

Nov 15,2021Ordering process was very straightforward and a fitting date arranged. This was changed not once but twice, due to holdup with the building work not being ready, without any problems. I was called to ask if I wanted an upgrade but not pressured when I declined. The fitters arrived introduced themselves, explained what was happening and completed the job within a very short time. They took time to explain how it worked and what to do if it didn’t. Excellent service highly recommended.

This was not RDC fault at all and after Matt spending time with us we are totally impressed with this company, not only have they been back to show us and explain what we need to do but also explained to our builders about changing the lintel. Dec 06,2021Horrendous service. Fitter took 2 days to fit. He wanted paying in cash before job completed. He did not have all the required parts and said as soon as he turned up he knew he would not be able to complete job. Kept borrowing our tools and my husband had to help him finish. 1st night he left our old garage door propped up meaning our garage was totally insecure. Different fitter came on day 3 after informing RDC that door not fitted properly - door kept banging and did not compress or touch floor, again garage not secure. No remotes were given. These were posted to me which I had to pair myself which was not easy as the video shows. Got 1 paired, then next 1 knocked 1st one off, and also deleted house wireless control. After a few uses I saw door was scratching itself on inside. Sent photos to RDC and another fitter came and installed new curtain. Following his visit he told RDC new runners needed fitting also as not installed properly, which he came back and fitted at a later date. RDC have never responded to my complaints, just always say someone else is doing it. My advise - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
