Oct 12,2021Initially worried I made a mistake when I was informed the van had broken down and appt delayed 4 days. When the fitters turned up the van was unsurprisingly a wreck and unprofessional looking. However, the door was fitted perfectly and the fitters were great and knew what they were doing.

Oct 08,2021Came on day and time agreed, Danny and his dad turned up, took off old garage door replaced with new electric one,. They were very professional and work was top notch. They went through how it worked at the end. Took away the old door and cleaned up after themselves. A first class job and door.

Sep 27,2021I have updated my review now that the issues with the garage door have been sorted. Sadly, it took an anxious few weeks due to a gap at the top of the door, because I had the door fitted behind the brickwork. Anyway, the issue was with the fitters who were all in far too much of a hurry to get to their next job, especially the one who came up from England who was rude. However I'm still going to give a 4 star review because the door looks nice and because the staff at RDC were helpful and polite and did their best to get the issues sorted. I think they are let down a lot by fitters and don't have enough of them. I do think RDC need to hire more fitters so that people don't have to wait 2 or 3 weeks to get a problem sorted and also make sure fitters know what's expected in terms of showing customers respect.

Sep 23,2021Just had my Roller shutter fitted yesterday. I’m very happy lads were great easy to book price was great I thought it was a scam but I was able to pay in my visa which gave me protection . Was given a fit date at time of booking Would highly recommend very happy customer

Sep 16,2021We had a new double garage door fitted by Damian and Ross on the 07.09.2021 for RDC. Unfortunately Damian had sustained an injury while taking down my existing garage door - hope he's OK now. But he managed to keep on working in order to get my garage door fitted. Brian his boss drove from across the border to help with the heavy lifting after Damian asked him to assist. I was very impressed with the service. The fit was also great, but there was a part that got snapped off, so they called RDC to get a new part ordered. A week later Brian appeared at 8 and fitted the new part - I queried about programming another fob, if I ever did decide to add one and he demonstrated without question. Took off the cover and explained the process. Everything is fantastic. Highly recommend the fitters Brian, Damian and Ross. A great experience and also customer service from RDC.

Sep 13,2021I purchased these doors 2 years ago, after having a number of issues with the installation, including having to wait in on fitters to complete the works 2 weeks after the initial install, these doors have now failed. They have broken twice in the past few weeks. I was charged for a call out fee as they are outside warranty. The motor failed and carried on turning once the doors were shut causing the housing to come off, luckily missing my car parked behind it! An engineer came out but the doors failed again the following week. I was told I would be charged for another call out and charged on top for a replacement motor. The safety curtain has also stopped working as the doors carried closing whilst my dog was below it. ALSO These doors are not secure. I was broken into this week and the doors were prized up by hand allowing the thieves access to my garage. No hand tools, just lifted the door slats up and out. Terrible quality doors, terrible customer services from start to finish. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Sep 04,2021After ordering my new door I had to wait longer than expected and has 2 cancelled appointments, although tempted to cancel I'm so glad I didn't , the installers Mo & Mo were absolutely fantastic, they worked cleanly and efficiently and are a credit to the business. I would highly recommend (and if you're in Manchester area ask for Mo & Mo to Install)

Aug 31,2021Door fitted but not finished. Team arrived without the details I discussed with the sales dept. As a result my door looks unfinished and ugly due to the missing trim. I emailed images of the door and how I expected it to be finished. We agreed to the extra cost of this. A week later another team arrived with the trim that was damaged. After sourcing new trim they were not able to fit it due to their inexperience. A week later I still have the trim blocking my drive. The installation manager was extremely rude with the only conversation I've had to date. I have not been contacted to arrange completion of the door. I've taken two days off work and RDC will not return my calls. Update: After initially threatening to remove the new door if I didn't pay for the unfinished job, this company sent a good team to complete the work to a satisfactory standard. Hopefully the aftersales and warranty departments will have better communication and customer service skills.

Oct 13,2021Very easy transition a few weeks ago,door was fitted yesterday after a few weeks of paying for it. Only took 2 hours by the 2 fitters who have done a great job. All in all happy with the outcome
