Aug 18,2021Purchased an electric roller door for garage, fitters turned up on time after they phoned me earlier to ask if the driveway could be cleared for them. they had the old door off in no time and took the frame out. In just over 2.5 hours they were just finishing off, they showed me how it all worked including the alarm, could not fault the guys spot on . And the price was out of this world as a local company had quoted me £1500 to replace garage door.

I had two garage doors fitted by the team who turned up on time and where very friendly and professional throughout the installation and at the end of the work they cleaned up and left the ares spotless.

Jul 02,2021UPDATE 9th July: After the problems reported below, the company has now been and fitted the door which we are highly delighted with. Thank you. Very disappointed with this company. Ordered garage door On 10th May, booked to be fitted 22nd June. Waited in nearly all day no one turned up so telephoned and was told that unfortunately due to staff family problems door couldn’t be fitted. Rebooked for 2nd July - guess what, received a phone call to say fitting wouldn’t be happening as fitter had fallen off steps and in an ambulance. No apologies, no gestures of good will offered, totally disgusted. Now wondering if this company is actually genuine.

Like many others, was a bit apprehensive at first dealing with a company that only dealt with customers online but your understanding and concern put me at ease. Well done.

Jun 28,2021My wife and I are very pleased with the new door recently fitted and gladly award a 5 rating. your fitters Ben and John (i think) arrived on time and went straight to work removing the old up and over door and very efficiently installed the new roller shutter, going the extra mile to ensure sealing the frames to our very uneven stonework. Having tidied up the area Ben then went through it's operation very efficiently and as we had opted for the additional Platinum Package this was a little more involved. We would highly recommend RDC to anyone considering a new electric roller shutter door for quality, fitting and value! we also opted to take out the additional 9 year warranty package for peace of mind for the future. Overall extremely pleased with the whole job from ordering right through to fitting! excellent service! The new door gives us a lot more room in garage and the convenience of not now having to lift the old up & over doors is amazing! Thank you RDC! Highly recommended! Keith & Sue Quedgeley Gloucester

Aug 30,2021Purchased a new garage door. A couple of days before installation date, I was offered an upgrade of a quicker motor, a door alarm and a remote switch. I decided to upgrade. The installation engineers arrived on time and installed the door. The installation was poor, they removed my dawn to dusk sensor and never re-installed it, they never fixed the safety curtain correctly (I had to get this repaired by others as the customer service is non-existent) they never fitted the Upgraded remote switch (out of stock) and they never fitted the manual operator (forgot to bring one) I’ve been on to customer services to try and get the above items corrected. So far they have given me four different dates, on each occasion I’ve taken time off work and waited in the house for the engineers to arrive. On for occasions they didn’t show up. I’m now having to consult my lawyer to get this sorted. *****AVOID AT ALL COSTS ***** Just read your response. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. You are not trying your “UPMOST” to resolve this - if you were, I wouldn’t have wasted 4 days of my annual leave waiting at home for 4 failed promises of 4 missed appointments. Further to your latest response. There has NOT been any apointment made and / or agreed. Also the issues can not be resolved without someone being there !!! I am missing the remote switch and the connection to manually open and close the door !!!! FINALLY GOOD NEWS. ROLLING DOOR CONCEPTS ATTENDED THIS WEEK AND COMPLETED THE INSTALLATION. ALL IS NOW CORRECT.
