Apr 10,2021Had a couple of issues with a no show fitter. Customer service do sort things out but you have to chase. Still waiting on getting 2 slacks changed as scratched. Been over a week now and heard nothing. It’s a lovely roller door and would recommend but I had some issues.

Apr 08,2021I had a double roller door fitted by this company in December 2020 and was initially pleased with the job but 4 months later the whole left hand side of the unit has fallen off the wall it is now wedged against a fuse box the door is open and no way of closing it ,I applied online for an engineer as that is the only way to contact them and hav been told there is no engineer in the area until tomorrow leaving me with a serious health and safety issue if the unit falls completely and an open garage with equipment etc overnight ,I would advise staying clear of this company as this could hav killed someone

Apr 02,2021First class service from the word go! But dubious about the initial payment upfront initially but had nothing to worry about! The door was installed on 01/04/21 and is good quality and looks the business. The installation team of Grant and Levis were very professional, polite and punctual carrying out all work in a diligent manner and left the garage and surrounding work spaces in a clean and tidy condition! Everything was explained both before installation and post installation with a comprehensive brief in operation. Highly recommended.

They advised approximate time of arrival, they were polite and very friendly and took all the old doors etc away with them. We are extremely pleased with our new doors and I would certainly recommend them.

Mar 21,2021After several months of "should I or shouldn't I", I decided to go ahead with RDC. I don't usually buy items from Facebook advertising as you hear horror stories. However, I had no need to worry. From dealing with the ladies taking my order and organising the fitting, to the actual fitters, RDC were excellent. I had my door fitted on Friday and the guys were brilliant. The product is excellent and I would certainly recommend them. 👌👍
