Mar 15,2021Six months after having my doors installed I had a minor problem with one door making a loud noise as it started to rise (although it still worked perfectly). I contacted RDC/BRDW to arrange an appointment for someone to come and look at it. I got an immediate response and Gary, the original fitter, came within a week and fixed it in about 20 minutes (it was a minor issue with the slats). I'm very happy with the excellent service provided - Thank you!

Mar 04,2021The fitter did not turn up on the day he was supposed (and we had booked the afternoon of work to be in) We had yo chase them up, we didn't get a call to say he wasn't coming. He then came late the next day which was a Saturday and finished at 7pm. The door was fine but as the door was in a different position to our original door we were left with the cavity wall showing and plaster and insulation open to the elements. He said we need fascia boards but he hadn't been sent any to fit and that these were an extra cost. At no point were we advised that we may need these extras. When I emailed to complain i was told "I'm sorry that it was not mentioned, its hard to tell if any extras are needed before the install which is why we have the information on our website" We didn't order the doors through the website, we did it all from Facebook and by email. The company did try to sell other items which we didn't really need but not once was it mentioned that we may need extra cladding. If it is hard for a company that specialises in roller doors to tell if any extras are needed I would have thought it would be even harder for me to have know having never fitted a new door before. I did also specifically ask if there were ever any issues fitting doors as they don't come out to do a site visit beforehand and was told no any issues get sorted out on the day. It was sorted out eventually two weeks later which meant we had to go out to buy sheets to cover it up and keep it dry in the rain.

Mar 04,2021From the outset when I made my first enquiry, everybody at Rolling-Doors has been helpful, and patient. Very pleased with my new garage doors. They look fantastic. My only criticism, is the fitter never wore a mask, or observed social distancing. Other than that he’s done a brilliant job.

The final result was very pleasing and I am glad that I decided to replace my garage door. In my view, Roller Door Concepts have provided a really good product and excellent service.
