I ordered roller garage door from the website. Before finalising my order I was able to chat to an advisor who patiently guided me through the order and answered my queries. I was able to contact the company using email and received prompt and informative answers. The door was delivered directly to the fitting team who arrived on the agreed date with the door and fitting kit. The fitting team were able to remove the old door and fit the new one in around 3 hours. The old door and its associated parts were removed by the fitting team. Very good service both from Rolling Door Concepts and their fitting team. I would be happy to recommend this Company.

I saw RDC on a social media site, the advert looked just what I needed for my ageing Garage Door. Tentatively made an enquiry which was followed up by a call from their Rep. Appointment made and door paid for then waited for my installation date and still wasn't sure what to expect. HOWEVER!! I am so pleased with my new door, it has made the front of my house look so much better already, the colour is perfect and it works like a dream! The fitter, Kieron Claydon did a fantastic job, all I had to do was ply him with tea for the day! Kieron explained everything he was doing when I asked him how he was getting on and demonstrated just how the door works. He cleared up after himself even taking away all the rubbish, old door and frame. All in all I can honestly say that RDC and their staff have done a fantastic job from start to finish, even better than I expected in these horrible times we're having at the moment. Thank you!!

Booked my new garage door fitting 3 weeks ago and had this fitted today (June 5th). Fitters were very professional and finished the job in around 3hours, leaving everything clean and tidy. Very happy with the product and would highly recommend this.

Fantastic product! Very happy with the finished result. The fitter Martin and his colleague were brilliant and left the place as they found it. Was very dubious about paying by bank transfer but they can be trusted! My only problem was having to wait 3 weeks for it to be fitted and they gave me a time slot of between 12.00-4.00pm and they arrived about 4.30pm working until 6.30pm.

Was a little worried about the payment process but the day arrived, the door was put in place, the chaps who did it were efficient and well mannered. Great value for money. Smashing.

The service, from first contact, was spot on throughout. The sales team were very professional and helpful. The fitter was prompt, efficient, and very tidy in his work. He clearly had plenty of experience. I had experienced the product through a friend who made a recommendation to me. As for the price... absolutely excellent value for a top product, fantanstic service, and brilliant customer service. Highly recommended.
