Jul 11,2020From start to finish everything was so easy. We ordered the door,the only minor thing was , on the date of installation the engineers van broke down, a lady rang to say they won't be able to make it,but was reorganised straight away for the next day. On arrival the 2 engineers Grant and Levi,got straight to work, went through the installation process and then all was fitted about 1hr 45 mins, explained how everything worked and demonstrated the door. We took out the extra warranty which gives you 10 years for a £125. Great job and a professional finish, sales team efficient and Grant and Levi very professional. I have already recommended my neighbour to Rolling Door Concepts and would highly recommend to anyone. Thanks

Jul 10,2020Had two single doors fitted by Adrian and assistant. Both very friendly and professional and did a great job. The office were very good when I noticed some mastic sealant had been forgotten and they immediately arranged a revisit to mastic joint. Would recommend !

Jul 09,2020The fitters arrived on time even though they had to travel over 100miles to get here. A quick survey of the old door, discussed on position of new and they cracked on.2,1/2hours all was done driveway cleaned up,rubbish and old doors and frame all taken away. A very good experience with first class service....thanks

Jul 07,2020The ordering and selection of the door was very easy, the initial payment at time of booking was the majority of the cost, only the fitting left to pay upon The day of delivery and completion. My door was fitted a month later. The door is very good quality and looks great. The information I received on ordering was misleading re the electrical fitting. Rather than hard wired into the house electrics they put a three pin plug on it and I currently have an extension lead resting on the house electrical box from the 3 pin socket at the rear of the garage ?. My house electrical box is 2 meters from the electric door motor. I did discuss this with the fitter and electrician but they said that’s how they do it. I will have to pay another electrician to hard wire the door as I do not intend to keep the extension lead In place or unplug the door as it is a permanent feature. That does seem strange to me and the customer service team should make this clear with clients at time of ordering

Jul 07,2020Very pleased and impressed with the service we received from RDC. The whole experience was easy & professional. Was a little concerned about the initial bank transfer opposed to card payment but upon further research was happy to do this. This fitters Adrian & Jamie were great, both were polite, tidy and whole job done within 3 hours. Happy with the door, it looks & works so much better than the old up & over. Took advantage of the extended warranty, well worth it for years of peace & mind. Can’t recommend RDC high enough. 👍

Jul 06,2020I am really impressed with every aspect, the guy in sales was brilliant, he explained everything very well, the guy who fitted the door was very good and the price was literally half of what I was quoted last year. Only one very minor point, the plastic around edge of the manual key hole was cracked but fitter said this would be sorted I would recommend this door to anyone, good product and great value for money.

Jul 15,2020New garage door fitted a week ago - looks ok but only after I spent the weekend removing old sealant from where the old frame used to be. Still waiting for the old garage door to be collected despite numerous attempts to contact the fitter (who is always just on his way over and then always has his van breakdown) and contacting head office who promised it would be gone yesterday. Lesson learnt - you get what you pay for and the cheap price has not been worth the additional hassle involved since fitting. RDC - you are letting your customers down by the use of local contractors to fit - you appear to have little or no control over what they do.
