From my initial contact with Rosie on the Sales Team, a confirmation chat with Matt about my possible installation, through to the fitting yesterday by Darren and son, I can recommend your company highly. My initial thought when asked to pay by bank transfer rather than Credit Card (for my security), made me wonder if I was being scammed but everything was fine. Darren arrived within 2 minutes of his ETA and proceeded to remove the old up and over door and frame and installed the new door without any problem. Their work was carried out efficiently and cleanly and I was very pleased that final product is as I would have expected it and the site left pristine, at a third of the cost quoted by a local supplier!! Delighted with our matching pair of RDC garage doors - really smart and smooth operation. The fitting team were friendly and polite and did a brilliant job in scorching heat, completing the installations which have transformed the appearance of the front of our property. Excellent value, high quality product and really well fitted. Simple ordering process and efficient installation. Definitely recommend this product and this company, including the customer service support and installation team.

Just had a door installation from RDC that has left me and the wife really happy Bunnies Firstly the the product rates 5 stars all the way And we just can’t believe the quality we got for the money paid. However no matter how good the guality of the item it’s the installation that makes it. Our door was installed by Tim and Shane and we can’t thank them enough. They arrived on time and got straight down to work and took the time to explain all the options for door fitting etc which left us feeling very comfortable that we would get a good job From the removal of the old door and frame to a thorough clean up at the end, We were just left with a first class installation. Thanks lads all your hard work was appreciated Brian Kedington

I have changed my opinion of tradesmen my job was booked in for today 30/06/20. Grant and his colleague arrived just before 8am. Grant discussed with me what I had ordered before they started to fit the door. He was very pleasant and very clear he give me 2 options of how my door could be fitted. I went for the one that suited me. He was very clear with his explanation of works to be carried out. They cracked on with the job and had it all fitted under 3 hours Grant then went over the door system with me I was given the option to take out extended warranty for extra 9 years for one of payment of £125 it was a no brainer. I must confess I was very sceptical of this company when I first discovered the site because you needed to pay for door up front, by bank transfer which I was rather worried about only because of the scammers out there that make us feel that everyone is trying to rip you off. So for that reason and that reason only I was concerned. So to anyone thinking about using this company you have nothing to be worried about fantastic workmanship, fantastic product supplied with a great friendly service.

Great service from RDC. Mark did a very professional job on installing the Roller Doors a few days ago. The Doors are smashing, they look great and perform with no issues at all. Big thanks. Offer limited - Ensure you take out the Exterior warranty for 9 years starting from after the 1st year is over. It’s cost £125 and the offer is only available for 48 hours from your installation date. Normal price after that is £75 Per year.

Excellent service from first point of contact to the fitting today. The fitters were great, very friendly, did a really good job and left no mess whatsoever. The garage door is fantastic!! We are so pleased with it!! Excellent product, excellent service and excellent price. Highly recommend - in fact one of our neighbours has already booked theirs in!!

From first enquiry, right through to completed installation, a very professional knowledgeable team, especially at this difficult time. Grant and Levi worked hard and were extremely courteous. Great job, Tidy. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.

Excellent quality garage door and fitting. The fitters were very good, tidy and knowledgeable. Took about 4 hours to fit in total and overall a great job. Looks very smart (they were late though arriving as had overrun at their previous job, but that can be forgiven with the good work completed).
