Feb 21,2020Great door installed quickly and Expertly Door was installed on a Pre-fab garage linked to the house. The installation was done in ~3 hours and they did a good clean job. I did only loose about 3 inch of door height from existing up and over Good job would recommend Ordered on Monday and was installed and done Thursday afternoon Lads worked hard in driving rain

Feb 21,2020Fitter fantastic, quality seems fine, to early to tell however took out the extended warranty, went with grey and it looks great but marked down a star due to the following. I miss understood and did not have cleared funds on the day and while this was 100% my fault I felt like I was not trusted at all and when they found out it was a huge issue and risk of stopping fitting and I was concerned as the old door had been chopped in half at this point. in the end I had to use an overdraft to pay which cost me in fees which left me a little annoyed. Also the grey cladding was out of stock and only told this on the day so was arranged to be fitted a few weeks later, I asked at this point if I would need to be in for the cladding to be done and was told no but again I got called and said oh your not in we don’t usually start unless payment is made again just -again did not feel trusted and comes across quite unprofessional. Thankfully I got home in time and paid the £100 however they though it was £200 but has a invoice so thankfully they agreed. On the whole the above made the process a little annoying and would have knocked two stars off but due to fitters and jobs looks great I’m basing it on that. Tip would be to trust clients to pay a invoice at their on pace ! Saying that if cladding had been in stock and I had the cleared funds prob nothing would have been an issue ! Have recommended your service to my neighbour based on the quality and end product just need to communicate better and trust your customers I felt very stressed though the process. Also both my appointments were AM but turned up PM ha ha !!! Anyway enough 4/5 could have been 3 but door is great !!!

Feb 20,2020My father had a door installed that never operated, after 3 failed appointments to rectify the problems I sort help from trading standards. Trading standards gave me a template letter to send them and “shock horror” they made the next appointment. I spoke to what I was told was the service/installation manager Matt, whom said let’s get the door working and problems resolved then we’ll talk compensation for loss of earnings etc for failed appointments. What another “shock” he now won’t answer any of my calls and the ladies in the office can’t help as “it’s not my job”......... my honest advice to anyone thinking of using these people to look beyond them and find a reputable company with good customer satisfaction!! Do your research, I have now, and many, many people have to wait a very long time to get a functioning door!! Ongoing saga 01/08/2020........ We still await a functioning door after less than 6 months service its fallen apart. The roller is loose and we now have a very inoperational door. I have asked for a full refund on the advice of Trading Standards!

Feb 18,2020No problem with the garage being fitted. I am disappointed that 2 days after being fitted the price has come down £200 which has disappointed me. This is a significant amount to drop it by and I wish i would have waited 2 days longer to purchase.

Feb 12,2020Had a new rolling door put on yesterday, the team that fitted it were excellent. When it came to payment his card machine wouldn't work and he trusted me to phone his office to make the payment today. They cleaned up behind themselves and even removed a shelf from inside the garage so that they could fit the door. I would highly recommend them.

Feb 10,2020Grant and Levi turned up at 9 and were finished by 12 having fitted my 2 new roller garage doors. They explained exactly how they were going to proceed, and the doors and finishing are fab. As a business person myself I know how important it is to go the extra mile. Feb 04,2020unfortunately the tradesman was held up and did not arrive to start the job until 5.40pm,and daylight was fading . The job could not be completed due to some parts missing .Awaiting call for this to be rectified. Sealant not up to standard this could have been through fading light.

Jan 29,2020Assuming the doors last (only installed yesterday), it was an excellent service. Great value for money, product and installation well explained beforehand, confident, communicative installer. All done in 3 hours. Looks good, appears to be working beautifully. Only give you 12 months warranty in the January sale price, but took out another 9 years for £125, which seems very reasonable. Overall, very pleased.

Fitters came on the date agreed, did a fantastic job, good workers, took all the old doors and fittings away and gave full instructions on how to use. Doors look great. Well done thanks.
