Jan 21,2020Grant and his colleague arrived on time and discussed the fitting options with us. They then installed the roller shutter door efficiently and neatly. They were friendly and polite and explained the operation of the door very clearly. Before leaving they tidied everything up. Thank you for your company's efficient service!

Jan 18,2020I had 2 single roller doors fitted at a reasonable price and great good and quick installation. They look great and the fitters efficient. I would have given 5 stars but for small issue. The fitter had to remove a couple of garage boards in ceiling to accomodate the mechanisms and it would have been good if they could have put them back cut to fit again. But otherwise good job and would recommend.

Jan 14,2020My door was fiitted last Thursday and the fitter found that the fobs were falty, I was with him when he rang the office and they promised to send replacements by return post, it is now Monday and I still haven’t received them, without these I can’t get into my Garage, I will know better next time not to pay until complete, After numerous phone calls I wasn’t able to get them back consequently I was not able to use my garage, we had to threaten them with Trading Standards to get them back, They eventually came and fitted a new control box with new fobs, adjusted the cladding witch was a mess and promised a refund, when we tried to speak to the manager regarding the refund he wouldn’t come to the phone, I Wouldn’t Recommend This Company to Anyone

Jan 13,2020Had a roller door fitted 18months ago. Slats came apart at the top of the door after 11months. Luckily the door was broken in a closed position. Once I got round to contacting them I was 3 weeks out of warranty and therefore told I’d have to pay to get repaired, fair enough but took my business elsewhere as I felt they should have done a good will gesture as it was only 3 weeks out of warranty and broke due to being poor quality. 6 months on the motor has now broken and will only open half way then I have to manually open it the rest of the way. Installation process was great, very quick but the material/motor are rubbish wouldn’t use this company

Jan 11,2020From contacting the company for the first time and talking with Rosie I knew I'd made the right decision, she was very helpful and pleasant even when we changed the colour of the door at the last moment nothing was too much trouble. The two fitters Tim and Shane were brilliant very efficient, polite, well mannered, and tidy and kept us informed throughout the installation. Needless to say we are delighted with our new garage door and in our opinion its the best value roller garage door on the market. Thank you RDC it looks great.

Jan 08,2020Well this is a amendment of my review. After the 5th or is it the 6th I've lost count revist because of poor workmanship. I can only only speak through my own experiences. Curtain cut too short 3 times, poor fixings to the wall, wiring was very poor maybe due to training and the overall finish poor. I don't understand why a area manager doesn't snag the fitters work. When ordering the doors to be installed they are very happy to fit you in ASAP but coming out to put poor work right, you'll have to wait about 3 weeks. I admit when called to put faults right they did come out again and again and again.

Jan 07,2020Brilliant door particularly once faster motor was installed. Very efficient fitters - clean friendly and good at their job. Unfortunately let down by their administration had to wait for parts to be available (e.g. faster motor); friendly but gave a false impression of efficiency. Just acceptable but definitely could do better.

Jan 25,2020The ordering and organising a day to fit was fine but then it all went done hill from there. The fitter turned up in a van not big enough to put the old garage door in so had to cut it in half on the driveway leaving bits of metal everywhere. No once was any tools used to remove the old garage door, only a angle grinder and a foot. I understand that the door is going in the bin but it made a mess and a racket as it also had a frame as it was a up and over door. It would of been easier, quicker and tidier to use the right tools. Moving into fitting the new door, he then fitted the frame which was fine but left all the old mastic around the edge of the garage. We then go to the wiring which is just an absolute shambles. Cables going through each other, hardly any wall clips. All other companies use flexi conduit which I thought these would too. I have the alarm system and the laser curtain too, which was extra money, but when closing the garage the alarm box at the bottom of the door would interfere with the laser beams so I had to use my own materials to space out the laser strips as the fitter didn’t have anything with him which I was never reimbursed. There was also no screw caps used on the door which are supposed to be. I was also supposed to be having the faster motor with my door, so I really did go all out and go for everything possible, after double checking numerous times that I was getting the faster motor, I even spoke to the fitter while he was fitting it and said that’s definitely the faster motor isn’t it to which he agreed, but guess what, they lied. Over a month down the line I’m sat writing this review as I wait for the fitter that hasn’t turned up!! I was giving a time slot and that way been and gone. I had to cancel plans as I can only do Saturdays and then they don’t turn up! I emailed before Christmas asking about the motor being changed to which they said I’ll be contacted in the new year to which of course never happened, this was until they called me trying to get more money out of me asking what was the reason I didn’t take out the extended warranty!! To which I was furious and told them the situation to be told I’ll get a call back in 5 minutes to sort it which you guessed it, NEVER HAPPENED! 2 days later I got another call from a different person asking the same thing about the warranty!! I couldn’t believe the cheek of it! We finally came to an agreement of a day for the motor to be changed and guess what, A NO SHOW!!! ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY!!
