The operator was most unhelpful, abrupt & generally disinterested. We therefore booked via an alternative service, we were quite distressed

Have now missed my bus costing me £45 and have to pay for a hotel for the night. In what world did he think dropping me off in the wrong place was acceptable

Oct 19,2023Do not use this company. They will give you a quote then try charging you significantly more in cash when the taxi arrives. I was told the taxi would be £45 however when it arrived the driver refused to take me for less than £60 cash! They then still charged my card £45 for the taxi even though they refused to take me and now are refusing to give me a refund! AVOID at all costs!!!

Oct 19,2023Ordered an Uber, they picked up the order. Forced me to pay an extra £5 for having a hand luggage on the front seat because it was company policy. Nowhere is that Uber policy. Don’t pick up Uber tickets if you can’t accept Uber’s fares!!!
