Dec 23,2023Absolutely disgusting service. Booked a taxi with a weeks notice, even rang the day before to confirm taxi was still booked. Nearly missed the train because ROYAL CARS service (or lack of). Thankfully a rival “much better” company BILLINGHAM TAXIS got us to the station on time. I would advise anybody and will be telling my family and friends to NEVER USE royal cars. Operator’s attitude when I called was disgraceful - I sincerely hope they go under, with this type of service delivery it won’t take long.
