Feb 28,2025We decided to go with the unassembled cabinets to save some money. The delivery was professional. We took note of each package. A few surface tears of cardboard but everything inside was intact. We watched the online videos multiple times and they provided great info. We started with a smaller cabinet and the video was based on that cabinet model. We did a dry fit first to make sure it would go together. We did notice after that first cabinet, the instructions didn't always apply to the cabinet we were working on, but we were able to figure it out. My husband set the cabinets once assembled and then the quartzite was installed. Finally, the hardware was installed. We are super happy with the results. Overall, the assembly process was fairly easy, but more awkward for the larger pantry cabinets.

Jan 14,2025Great prices, amazing super fast delivery, all items were in stock, and everything arrived in perfect condition! Oxford toffee product line is beautiful. The finish is silky-smooth like fine furniture. Everyone who has seen our kitchen loves the cabinetry. I'm a remodeling contractor and this is an amazing product at any price point. Assembly process is very basic but finished product is extremely sturdy utilizing solid wood, plywood, dovetails, and metal brackets. No particle board. Hinges and slides are soft close "Blum" hardware "copies" that are more than adequate.

Jan 13,2025We purchased our kitchen cabinets 4 years ago and we still love them and this company. 1. We found RTA in the middle of choas.... 2020....massive insurance claim in the middle of covid.... we were on a time frame and a budget and many companies were closed or had supply issues. Not RTA. They worked with us through the ordering process and got us all everything we needed! Their selection was impressive! 2. The shipment came and it was exactly what we ordered. Solid wood cabinets at a great price and quick delivery. 3. 4 year later we have a few brackets break.... we use our kitchen all day every day... homestead and big family.... and after searching for replacement on our own and comi g up dry I reached out to RTA. They treated me with the SAME AMAZING SERVICE, even though our warranty had expired and they were making money off of me. They sent more replacements than what I needed for free and a link to the correct ones if I ever needed more in the future. This is the rea del and we couldn't be more happy with our choice to use this company.

Nov 08,2024We were a little nervous about ordering cabinets online and unseen but our experience couldn’t have been better. Cabinets were easy to install and assemble, quality solid wood, and an excellent paint job. Zack Ganz was our designer and he gets 5 stars. Zack was very helpful with great responsive communication and numerous suggestions on the design. He helped with some additional pieces after the initial order and made sure everything we ordered was shipped correctly. Thanks RTA for a good product and Zack Ganz for super customer support!!!

Sep 04,2024RTA Wood Cabinet staff sucks! I called to talk with a design professional about two cabinets. I wanted to know if they could extend the dimensions of a certain cabinet and cut down a second cabinet. I asked questions for a total of only 2 minutes, and the so-called professional cabinet designer put me on hold for 12 minutes. I had to hang up and call back. The same idiot took my 2nd call and I asked him why he put me on hold for 12 minutes and he lied and came up with a bogus excuse for his unprofessional rude treatment and said his system crashed because my call came in with an 'unknown caller ID', which was a bald face lie. He was just covering up for his rude, unprofessional, and childish behavior. Do not trust this company! Can you imagine if you received this insulting and very poor treatment after calling only once and after only 2 minutes this idiot decides he doesn't like your questions and no longer wants to help you design a cabinet and then he puts you on hold for 12 minutes. Can you imagine if you had this prepubescent little boy salesman trying to help you design a whole kitchen of cabinets, when this rude punk couldn't help you design one single cabinet? He tried to blame me for his rude and unprofessional treatment and told me I could go elsewhere to buy my cabinets. People like this can't own their own offensive and socially deplorable behavior, they have to blame the customer. They never take responsibility for their rude and childish behavior, they simply blame the customer and hang up on the customer or put him on hold. These punks that answer the phone at these online cabinet companies should be more respectable, because people like me pay their salaries. Warning! DO NOT BUY CABINETS ONLINE FROM ANY ONLINE CABINET COMPANY BUT CERTAINLY NEVER BUY FROM RTA WOOD CABINET COMPANY!! This mental midget couldn't even do his job professionally for one moment, who wouldn't take their business ELSEWHERE? Can you imagine if you bought from RTA WOOD CABINETS online and you later had trouble with the cabinet doors falling off and you had to deal with this bogus fraudulent cabinet company to fix all your cabinet doors, especially after they treated you so insultingly on your very first call? DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM RTA WOOD CABINETS!

Aug 16,2024I am satisfied with the design Zack and I agreed on. However, I did ended up with excess doors and filler materials. I paid for 2 glass cabinet doors separately and later discovered on another site there is an option of paying the difference to swap the regular doors with the glass doors. It took longer to assemble the cabinets than suggested and the Lazy Susan and drawer cabinets were a bit more difficult to assemble. I purchased two 9" cabinets with inserts and expected those to be assembled and they weren't. There were also a few minor damages, but I made it work. There are a few things buyers should be aware of. First, delivery is only curbside, 2nd you have to pay return shipping if you choose to return anything and 3rd there is a restocking fee. Also, shop around I did see cheaper prices on other sites after I had already purchased. However, some of them had separate shipping fees while RTA didn't.

May 17,2024I called a few companies about these cabinets. RTA Wood Cabinets were by far the best service. I had existing cabinets thru a contractor that I needed to match. Zack was unbelievably helpful, answering my questions and giving me helpful advice. Being able to pick up at a warehouse in a neighboring state was easy and saved me substantial money

May 03,2024Zack did an amazing job for us. I am a custom builder and could not wait for a 12 week lead time for a laundry room remodel. I sent him room measurements and within an hour he had pricing, color elevations, and layouts emailed to me. I received three sample doors in two days. Unbelievable service. I p ulled the trigger and paid over the phone, and cabinets showed up (built and boxed) in 5 days. He send extra filler pieces, all I needed for install, and they look great. This process and pricing was so great that I am using them in my business going forward. 100% Great Experience.

Apr 09,2024The cabinets went well together and dry fit them together first before using any glue. The first couple cabinets were intimidating to build but was fairly easy after. Good quality and fit together well.
