Jun 12,2015In searching for a rug that I saw on a Pinterest post, I discovered RugPal and "The Rug". Turns out "The Rug" was available but not in the size I needed. However, there were hundreds of rugs (no, definitely more) in all sorts of styles, colors, materials, and sizes and I quickly found my own "The Rug" for my kitchen. The price was great, ordering was simple and I received it fast! I am currently awaiting the arrival of another "The Rug" for my entryway.

Jun 11,2015After logging onto the website, i perused the many choices and found what I was looking for, a 22' runner that I didn't know was available from other sites. The selection was what I wanted. There was also a coupon on the site to give me a $17 reduction - another happy surprise. I just got a notice that rug has been shipped, this is only a day + after a later evening order was submitted. The site indicated perhaps a week or more for shipment. Assuming it gets here soon and in tact, what a happy camper I will be!

Jun 10,2015I ordered two rugs. One through Houzz and one directly from Rugpal. One rug just wasn't exactly what I wanted for my kitchen, my mistake, and had to return it to Rugpal. I received instructions on how to return the rug very quickly from Rugpal. The second rug was damaged when I received it. The ladies at Rugpal could not have been more helpful. I was very impressed with their quick responses to any questions I had regarding the return pickup. I would recommend Rugpal to anyone.

Jun 10,2015I liked all the choices on the website. Was looking for a small 2 x 3 rug. I saw the rug on Houzz and then found it on Rugpal. It was less expensive on Rugpal. The rug took 2 weeks and three days from my order date, which included Memorial Day Monday. Long time. When I called to check on status, the woman I spoke with was a little abrupt and said since the rug was coming from the factory direct it was gong to take at least 2 weeks. In this day and age ordering online is always a lot quicker than this. My only complaint about using Rugpal

Jun 10,2015My rug looks like the rug in the picture like 75 percent. Not as fluffy as I thought it would be but I love it! Be warned it may have smell at first because it's been sitting in a warehouse or sold I was told by a rep.

Jun 10,2015I recently called to inquire why my rug arrived several days ahead of the rug pad I ordered , I was treated well and when I called back with a followup question , the phone person remembered my name and simplified the whole question . I was left with a good understanding and a cheerful feeling.

Jun 05,2015Nice rug but a close out (discontinued) sothat's why the price was so favorable. We can't get matching pieces. Being wool it is "shedding" like crazy but that's temporary (I hope!)

Jun 01,2015I received my runner in record time and perfect condition. It was as pictured and the colors are bright and beautiful. I was looking for a longer runner to go in a very long hallway and this one is perfect. It is wool and sheds; but I am hoping that it will taper off after each vacuuming.

May 31,2015I purchased, I thought the perfect rug for my home, When it arrived I opened it up and tried it in the room. After several days, I decided to return the rug because the background color was too dark. It was much lighter on the monitor on the screen. It is costing my more than $30 to return the rug by UPS. It would be nice to have Rug Pal pay at lease half of the return cost. I called to return the rug, and received some information, but not the most important information and that was I had to return it by such and such a date. I did not realize this and the first time I tried to return the rug I had to go back into UPS and get the rug back, and take it home and call Rug Pal again to make sure that I could in fact, return. THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE TIMING TO RETURN THE RUG SHOULD BE AT THE TOP OF THE LETTER, NOT DOWN BELOW WHERE PEOPLE MAY MISS IT, SUCH AS MYSELF.
