Apr 02,2015Do not order from this website. I ordered a $320 rug that looked nothing at all like the rug I ordered and they refused to cover the shipping cost to ship the rug back and I had to pay $50 to ship a rug bag that looked nothing like the one ordered that wasn't my fault at all.

Mar 31,2015I think RugPal's return procedure is cumbersome, unnecessarily complicated and not customer friendly. It seems to me that the company intends to make returns difficult. I am sorry to say that I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Mar 20,2015Ordering & delivery from on-line purchase went very well. But: 1. Color rendition from internet was not even close to the actual product. 2. The rug was rolled very tightly with the back side out creating a problem for the rug to lay flat. (after 2 weeks the creases are still there) 3. I should have read the specs more thoroughly-the rug is very thin

Mar 12,2015I ordered 2 indoor/outdoor rugs. The color was as pictured and I'm very happy with my selection. The rugs are going to work well. The trouble is with the delivery. I gave instructions for the rugs to be left on my covered front porch. They weren't. Instead they were left at my garage door where my very XL dog could get to them, he didn't but that's just luck. Also we just had a major snow storm with 12" of snow and ice on top of that. It was a lot easier for the rugs to be delivered to my front porch and safer. I also do not like the fact that the rugs have "waves" in them from being rolled up. So far after 2 weeks, they are not laying flat.
