Jul 18,2015Rug was slow in getting shipped (it took over a week to go to UPS) but rug was packaged well and it quickly got to my house after it was shipped. Customer service was helpful in answering my questions.

Jul 15,2015I have not as yet received the rug I purchased so cannot speak to that aspect. The RugPal site, specifically the order status, is difficult to access because it shows information about other rugs but not my information. They need to figure out to share information requested. Also I left two messages requesting a return phone call and did not hear from them. I only hope that the rug purchased makes up for their business practices.
