Had to return the original rug I ordered as it was too small in the new space than I had envisioned, exchanging for a larger size. Had emailed them for several questions on the exchange. Savannha took the initiative to call and help me out rather than just emailing back and forth. She also offered the companies promotion which was on website at the time and I did not know as I was ordering through a 3rd party. She was kind enough to offer the promotion discount and items to me. Very thorough with the process and efficient with the follow up. Thank you!

I ordered a 2 x 5 runner. The warehouse picked the right rug, but wrong size a 2 x 3 rug. I called Customer Service immediately and was told to take pictures and email. I received a canned email stating it was being reviewed. After two days I called RugPal for a status, and they promised to ship the correct rug, and allowing me to keep the matching smaller rug, which I offered to pay for, because I can use it in another spot in my kitchen. RugPal stated that I could keep it free of charge. Unfortunately I had to call them again a week and a half later. They had yet to ship the rug. Apparently the warehouse messed up again and failed to reship. They did reship after the second call and I received the rug today. I love the rug, but this experience makes me reluctant to order from them again.

This was my first order at Rugpal and so far Ive been quite impressed - with their selection, prices, discounts, quick delivery and the unexpected $25 Restaurant.com certificate with purchase.

So happy I found the RugPal web site. RugPal carried many hard to find rug sizes that I was looking for. The service was fantastic with shipment almost immediately after I hit submit. Definitely will use RugPal again and recommend them to friends.

Found my item and did my research and then I found Rug Pal. That was three years ago. I have been back twice since. Compare the prices from other sites and you will find the same item at a much higher price. The irony? Many other sites buy from Rug Pal at a much higher price. Cheers

RugPal's website was easy to use. The filters helped select what rugs I wanted to see based on my criteria, and the checkout process was seamless. Great website with the best prices I've seen for rugs!

I ordered a rug from RugPal online. They had the lowest price, by far, of any other retailer or e-tailer. The rug was delivered exactly as promised. It was very well wrapped and arrived in perfect condition. I am very pleased.

The only issue with this order was the long time to process. 5-10 days seemed like an exorbitant amount of time to process an online order.

It was very easy to order, it took a few minutes. Rug came in 2-3 days with free delivery. It is beautiful quality rug. Although I do not like your web site. I had a problem searching for other rugs.
