He took the time to ensure we understood what we were buying.

I was very impressed on how knowledgeable the sales advisor David Campbell was explaining to me the differences between the huge range of mattresses in order to address my specific needs. His advice has proven to be right as the mattress is extremely comfortable. Thank you David

I purchased a high quality bed, bedroom furniture and a settee corner unit. Based on Mark's years of experience in the furniture business I appreciated his knowledge and advice. His manner and service were highly professional and he kept me fully informed and responded immediately to any queries I had. The ladies in the Deliverary Department were courteous and efficient. Last but not least the two gentlemen who delivered on three occasions were absolute stars. They were respectful of my home, layed down protective sheets, erected the furniture and took away all the packaging; an added bonus. They even took their shoes off without being asked! Well done 'team' your service from beginning to end has been impeccable. Sincere thanks from a very satisfied customer.

Nov 14,2022My wife and I visited Russell Dean Furnishers in Mytholmroyd today to look for a new bed. We were very pleasantly attended to by sales representative Jackie Mcdonagh who was very personable and clearly explained the pros and cons of different beds and makes of beds from the extensive range in the showroom. Our visit was such a success that we placed an order for a new bed before leaving. Jackie was clearly an expert on what to look for when buying a new bed and answered all questions we raised very satisfactorily. The visit confirmed our view that Russell Dean is a first class store offering good value for money and employing knowledgeable, personable staff like Jackie Mcdonagh.
