No hard sell here, we were left to wander around the showroom freely to consider all options. We left feeling very happy with our decision knowing that Miriam had provided great support. I also bought a sofa with Syka's help. I cannot praise her highly enough! Very polite and personable, not pushy, knowledgeable, and gave good advice. She was very conscientious, she even sent me some photos of colour swatches on WhatsApp, as she had promised, on her day off. Thanks Syka!

The furniture sold is of a good quality and there are several floors with plenty of choice. The manager is a little abrupt with how he communicates with customers.

The store has a good selection of sofas and beds at great prices. We were looked after by Laura who was very knowledgeable and put us at ease. We fell in love with a sofa and ordered a matching chair, as well as finding a bed with Laura’s help. We can’t wait to move in and receive our new sofa just in time for Christmas! We would highly recommend this store. Thanks Laura for a great experience.

Sep 12,2020From the outset, I found the service excellent and was soon directed to the area I was looking for. Having decided on the purchase, the staff were incredibly helpful. She even found a photo of the actual chair I wanted, and went through all the advice about how to care for the product. Everything was double-checked before ordering. Although I didn’t have time to explore the whole store, I was impressed with the standard and choice available. I will be returning to investigate further!
