Sep 11,2020Visited Russell Dean on 05 September and was greeted by a lovely lady called Syka. Syka asked what it was we were looking for and pointed out to us the various dining sets, we weren't hounded and left to look round. Once we chose our table, chairs and sideboard Syka help with our various questions. She was very knowledgeable on the items we chose. We would certainly recommend this beautifully set out store and would advise anyone to ask Syka for any help they needed. It was a pleasure to meet this lady and spend time chatting. Sep 10,2020We went to Russell Dean store yesterday to look at new settees and met Laura. She was so helpful but not pushy, gave help and information when needed but left us to make up our own minds. Needless to say we went back today and placed an order with her which should arrive in time for Christmas. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The store is large, bright and comfortable, and everyone is friendly. Once again, thank you Laura for all your help - and the coffee 😜😜

Sep 10,2020Went to Russell Dean just for a 'browse' having decided we wanted a Parker Knoll suite of a certain design. They didn't have one on show but the salesperson Miriam couldn't have been more helpful indicating thay could order whatever we wanted. She gave good advice and was very friendly and attentive throughout. After great deliberation we ordered the suite we wanted at a price which was quite a bit less than a quote we had elsewhere. Definitely five star service and value.

I was needing to purchase a dining set for my new home and knew that I would be getting quality furniture if I bought again from them. I also knew that I would receive great service and feel safe in the current climate, which was very important to me. How true this was! I researched and knew what I wanted before arriving at the store, but even so, Syka went through all the details of the product. I felt comfortable and well looked after. Amazing, down to earth customer service. Thank you Syka.

Miriam was excellent, she helped us chose a new sofa and chair & made the whole experience a very pleasant one. She was very knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted and showed us sofas that matched our requirements perfectly. We made our choice and the ordering process was very easy. We will definitely go back to Russell Deans next time we need any furniture and will recommend it to friends.

Sep 04,2020This has not been an easy time for Russell Dean's nor the customer due to the enforced halting of trading by the Government. We, unfortunately, ordered our bedroom carpet and furniture just prior to this event. Through this period Russell Dean's customer service has been second to none and has been supportive, kept us informed and bent over backwards on behalf of the customer. There have been carpet manufacturing problems due to industry having to close and other access problems at our house, Russell Dean have gone to great lengths to solve them. It is certainly a customer service second to none that I have ever experienced. What's more, the furniture is of the highest quality and is keenly priced. The fitting and delivery service has been excellent and the sales team are great to deal with. I would like to send special thanks to Alan, the manager, Mark and Lesley in the office. We are delighted and look forward to further visits and purchases.

She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the goods we were buying....after care etc. Russell Dean is a lovely store and has some lovely choice of furnishings. Spacious store to be in and we felt safe due to our current situation.

Aug 22,2020My first visit to Russell Dean as I have just returned to the area. A very impressive new store with a very modern layout and feel. First impressions on how they were ensuring a safe CV-19 experience were backed up inside the store, helped greatly by the shear size of the store and the amount of space per customer. We were helped by Miriam who was very knowledgeable and very keen to help us. Would have been 5 stars had the delivery times been shorter - but that's nothing to do with the store.
