Feb 29,2020Went today to Russell Deans with the intention to purchase a Tempur mattress and pillows. We were attended to by Samantha who was very helpful and not too pushy, left us alone when we needed time to try out the product and discuss it. Very knowledgeable and professional. plus we didn't spend too long on paperwork which was a plus. Thank you and looking forward to getting our new mattress soon.

Feb 28,2020I had browsed the website before visiting the store but ended up choosing a completely different sofa. I was surprised as to how many different fabrics and colours there are to choose from and had not picked this up on the website. We found the perfect colour for my room with lovely contrasting scatter cushions. The staff were very welcoming, especially Samantha who was very helpful, offering just the right amount of assistance without being pushy to make a sale. Samantha talked us through the options for the sofa, how to take care of it and talked us through the purchasing and delivery process. It was a very pleasant experience and I am very excited to receive my new sofa and hoping the delivery will be just as positive. Thank you.

Feb 28,2020I visited Russell Dean today for the first time. The car park is underneath the store with a large lift leading directly from the car park to the store - great on a cold wet day like today. The store is larger than I expected with a good selection of furniture and is well laid out. Samantha King greeted me and was friendly and very knowledgeable. Samantha helped me with my choice of divan bed and a second mattress and the experience felt effortless and enjoyable. I was pleased to learn that my bed is made in Burnley and my second mattress is made in Leeds. I was pleasantly surprised at the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Thank you.
